Sorry about the first chapter, it was a little confusing. Hopefully it becomes more understandable to you! Here's chapter 2!
Chapter 2:
"He what?" I yelled, very excited. He still loved me? What?
"Yes, he does. Mallory was just lying to get you jealous. Are you going to forgive her?" I shook my head.
"She lied to me. Of course I'm not." I pouted, hoping he would understand.
"I told you this would happen!" Louis sang. He knew me so well, probably because I spend so much time with Casey and he's Casey's best friend.
"Well, then you can't forgive Zayn, cause he's in on this too." Harry sighed, trying to make me feel guilty.
"But he didn't lie to my face." I said, defending him. Harry and Louis laughed.
"No, but he lied to our faces, including Casey. He said he didn't know you, when he obviously did."
My eyes widened. Did he really say that, or was Harry, Louis, and Casey trying to get me to forgive Mallory so they can move on with their lives. Out of mine, and into others, as usually people did with me, like Zayn did. But were they really telling the truth about Zayn, that he really loved me? Or were they just trying to convince me that Mallory and Zayn weren't dating?
"Um, Earth to Ember, your phone is ringing." Louis said, pulling me out of my thoughts. In fact, my phone was ringing. I took it out of my pocket and looked at the caller ID. Zayn.
"Hello?" I answered it, hoping Zayn had something important to say.
"Hey, um, Ember, we need to talk. But not over the phone. Can you meet me at the lake in 20 minutes?" He asked, and I turn to Harry and Louis.
"He wants me to meet him at the lake in 20. Should I?" I asked them, making sure Zayn couldn't hear me. The both smiled and nodded.
"Ok. I'll meet you there in 20." I said into the phone.
"Great! See ya then!" Zayn yelled happily before hanging up the phone. I put it back into my pocket.
"Now if you excuse me, I have to get ready. I'm meeting someone in 20 minutes." I sung and hopped off to the bathroom to get ready.

After ten minutes in the bathroom getting my blonde hair to make my hazel eyes pop out, I was finally ready. I didn't put any makeup on, I like natural looks the best. The only makeup I have, is mascara and some lip gloss, and I only wear those on special occasions. Like dates or parties, never meeting someone, and definitely never for school.
