Chapter 2: Life in Auradon

Bjorn's pov:

Isa and I were walking to class, we were remembering the last six months. "It feels like yesterday me and the VKs came to Auradon and walked on these school grounds," I said to her.

"And now, you guys have your own life here in Auradon," Isa said to me.

We walked and saw Carlos trying to ask out Jane but failed. We also saw Mal's eyes flashed green to Jane but she quickly stopped it. That's been going on for a while now, I wonder what's going on with her. Lonnie explained to Mal that the Cotillion is like being engaged, to be engaged, to be engaged. "Talk about the pressure," Isa said.

Evie dragged Mal back to her dorm to finish her dress for Cotillion, that's when Ben came up to us. "Hey Isa, can I talk to you for a bit?" he asked Isa.

Something is up, those two have been secretly planning something but I don't know what. The two of them left, "So Carlos, when are you going to ask Jane out?" I asked him. Carlos just had his face down in disappointment and I put my arm around Carlos and pat him on the back. "Don't worry Carlos, your chance will come. Now come, we have to get to the Amphitheater." I said. Me, Carlos, and Jay headed for the Amphitheater but Jay had to go and get Chad from Evie.

In the Amphitheater Jay and the team are about to start out practice and tell everyone to get into position. He calls off his mark for practice to start. Suddenly out of nowhere, a rogue masked swordsman challenges Jay. They fight it out both do well but the random person comes out on top. It's soon revealed that it was Vanessa.

Jay: "Not bad."

Vanassa: "You should put me on the team. I'm not just a straight A student."

Then Chad came in out of nowhere and stopped them immediately.

Chad: "What? No, no, no. We will be the laughing stock of the whole league. What's next, having girls playing tourney?"

Jay: "So?"

Chad: "So have you read the handbook?"

He then pulls out a small book and flips through the pages till he finds one specific one and starts to read it out.

Chad:" The rules state that a team consists of a captain and 8 men."

Vanessa: "But you're down a man since Ben had to leave for more king duties."

Chad: "Exactly a man."

Vanessa looked at Jay and he spoke

Jay: "Sorry but Coach trust me I can't stay captain if I start breaking the rules."

Vanessa: "If Mulan thought that way she would have lost the war."

She said as she walked angry out of the Amphitheater but Chad then started to rub more salt in the wound he pointed the rule book at her making her more upset.

I just looked at Chad and said "Not Cool dude."

Then Chad raised his hands up in defense and said "It's the rules." he said then Jay called off practice and I saw Carlos try to ask Jane to Cotillion but failed then I headed by to my dorm.

No Ones Pov

Bjorn was in his dorm reading when he heard a knock on the door he went to open it and it was Isa.

Isa: "Hello Bjorn"

Bjorn: "Hi Isa whats up?"

Isa: "I came over to give you this"

She give Bjorn a kiss on the lips and then she pulls back and spoke

Isa: "And to tell you that Ben wants to meet you after his date with Mal."

Bjorn: "What for?"

Isa: "It's something very serious and important."

Bjorn: "Very well I will meet up with the king."

They gave another kiss on the lips as Isa took her leave and Bjorn closed his door and went back to reading.
