Ashton's Pov

I heard movement and slowly opened my eyes but it was so bright. My head hurt, actually my whole body hurt. I wanted to cry out but I didn't know what was happening. The last thing I remembered was talking to Dominique in the shower and then I fell. I opened my eyes again to see a man I'd never seen before. In his hand was a needle and what looked to be a shot. I instantly panicked and jumped off the table. Where was Dominique?

"Oh no, no, no, sit down." The man said.

He was much taller than I was, not that it was a surprise, and much stronger. He was very fit and looked to be in his thirties. I had no idea how he got in here as this room smelled strongly of Dominique.

"Please!" I begged beginning to cry.

I didn't want to be hurt anymore, I wanted Dominique to protect me like he promised. Silly me to have trusted the man who had swooped into save me to be telling the truth. The man walked forward trying to capture me but I ran trying to escape even though my vision was blurred. I grabbed the door handle ready to escape when I was suddenly pulled backwards by a pair of strong arms.

"No! Please! I'm sorry!" I yelled trying to free  myself.

"Calm down!" The man yelled.

I instantly froze and began to have a hard time breathing as the man carried me towards the bed.

"D-d-dom" I gasped trying to call for Dominique to come save me.

The door flew open revealing a panicked Dominique with no shirt on. The man placed me on the bed but refused to take him hands off my shoulders.

"Let go of him." Dominique said to the man.

I began to feel the panic break apart as Dominique rushed to the bed. The man laughed and released me from his grasp only to pat Dominique on his back.

"He can't be running around, I haven't even been able to stitch his face. I need him to come down to the hospital to see about his arm being broken." The man said now talking to Dominique.

Dominique nodded to the man but his attention was focused on me. I could almost feel his gaze burning a whole in my head as I tried to breathe. He sat down beside me almost touching but leaving space between us.  I wanted to reach out and touch Dominique but I didn't know if I was allowed. I remembered him saying we needed to talk and automatically thought to the worst of him throwing me away. He slowly reached his hand out so I could see the movement and placed his hand on my leg.

"Ashton, I need to to stay still, okay? You cut your cheek and it needs stitches and then were gonna go see about your arm. Does anything hurt?"

My arm? I had been in such a panic I failed to realize the aching burning sensation that was running through my arm. I couldn't go to the hospital, I didn't even have enough money to buy food let alone pay for a bill. I began to cry which caused the pain to intensify.

"Don't cry, it's okay, we're gonna get you fixed right up. Finn is gonna fix your cheek and he'll tell us about your arm."

"Sir." I begged trying to catch my breath.

I didn't want to disappoint Dominique but I could not go to the hospital. I would just have to deal with the pain and hope I didn't get sick without medication.

"Finn, be gentle when you stitch him up." Dominique warned as the man suddenly appeared at my side.

I flinched as the man brought the needle and shot forward. I cried out as he used one hand to touch my face.

"Hey!" Dominique yelled.

The man, Finn, stopped and sighed throwing his hands up. I ducked wanting to avoid any extra pain but never felt any contact. Finn was now staring at me almost in shock but I was just as confused as to why I felt no pain. I flinched as I felt a pair of arms scoop me up but relaxed when I was engulfed in Dominique's scent.
