Darkness, a friend. At times the best. His silence is possibly comforting at times, and at other times it shrouds it's victims in a horror, worth being explored by the brave.

You've heard stories of people waking up from being nocked out, and yet never had the luxury of such an experience. Though one could say being nocked out should be on the bucket list of every human, it was now crossed off yours.

Most people recall a loud ringing or muffled voices from the ones who loved. A memory or all memories flash by. But this wasn't the case for you. Yes maybe a slight ringing could have been heard in your ears but there was something more.

Your eyes fluttered open and the world seamed a blur at first. You groaned realizing you had a sharp and dull pain pounding on your forehead. You lifted your hand to examine the wound and protect it from being hurt anymore. You then felt your hand being pressed back down to your side by a gentle hand.

"Shhhh, just rest (y.n.)" you heard Keith say.

You frowned.

Keith... what... why is he here... wait where is here?

You blinked several times and slowly your vision adjusted to the lighting. You rubbed your eyes and saw Shiro looking at you. He was sitting next to you holding your other hand, the one you didn't rub your eye with. You frowned at him.

"You are not Keith." You said plainly.

"You're right. Keith is behind you." He said.

You moved to see him. He had his back to the wall of the Blue Lion cockpit (you didn't know this yet just wait *evil smiles*) And you seated between his legs and his arms around you waist.

You then relaxed and Keith did too knowing you were alright. You leaned into him.

"Sorry I scared you." You said softly looking up to him. He smiled. He was about to say something but then was cut off by another.

"Thanks for apologizing and walking up, and being alive. I thought you died (y.n.)" Hunk said quickly, diminishing the moment between you and Keith.

You smiled to Keith, he only looked annoyed by his comment.

"It's good to know you woke up. Although you missed all the action with the alien ship." Lance said.

"Wut?" You said frowning.

"Hey isn't that Kerberos?" Pidge said.

Kerberos? What are they talking about.

You got up quickly from the floor, you made sure to be quick so Keith couldn't grab your wrist. You came over to the window and you saw

Space? ._.

You frowned even harder and brought you hand to your chin, thinking.
