"OMG, your so useless!"
Her voice echoed threw the house, I ran up to my room as she entered the living room.
Night has come, and I'm slowly drifting into my sleep.
Step step step
I could hear the steps getting angrier as they head to my room.
So your giving your mom a hard time huh? "Shes not my mom" I mumbled. But not low enough,"WHAT WAS THAT?"
he grabbed me up by my t-shirt, throwing me against the wall. For a split second I lost all my air from the impact.
It's all a blur....
All I remember was his hands, hitting me....
Over and over and over again.....

"HINATA" I jumped in my seat snapping back to reality. "SORRY MA'AM" I got back to my work as the rest of the class giggled at the incident.

The moments of last night drifted in and out of my mind as I walked home.
I trail down the road with a song still stuck in my head,
something new, something strange, ten feet taller, I had changed
I've reached the end of my drive way, debating if I should continue walking or not. I could just walk off to the park, play some vollyball. Regardless i know I would get in trouble. I walk into the house. It was oddly quiet.
Thankfully no one was home, although oddly wierd considering this being the first time I was home alone, normally my "parents" were home first.
I waited in my room. I start to turn on some music and sing to it, not thinking much of the fact thier not home.
How do you feel, do you even feel..... anything
I slowly start to drift into thought about nothing in particular. I walk around my room adjusting some things that were knocked over or made a mess from the day before.
I slip into sleep without seeing my so called "parents" wall through the doors.
