where am i?

(Still Hinata's pov)  still singing au

I wake up to a knock on  the door, I look at my clock, and see  it's really late at night so I dont know what's going on.  And why the heck would someone be knocking at this time.

I ignore the knocks thinking someone will answer.  Well that until I hear.  "Hinata, we know your in there"  I get chills down my spine and look thru the peep whole.  It was 3 officers.  "Ew cops." I think before opening the door. 

"Hey kid, sorry for waking you up so late at night, but we have terrible news"  there was moment of silence.  "Your parents were found in a alley way....dead" 

I felt weirdly numb to this.  But so I dont look like a physicopath I let out a couple tears.  The officers then told me that they called my aunt and said I'd be living with her for now.

Idk how they found her number, seeing as I didnt even know I had an aunt.  But instead of asking questions that would probably lead my into a foster home instead.  I just nodded and followed the officer speaking.

I woke up in a room I didnt recognize.  Realizing that I was someone I never been before I pull out the small pocket knife i always kept on me.  I hear footsteps comeing up? The stairs.  So I guess I was up stairs to wherever I was.

Now hearing the footsteps stop at my door, I quickly slide under the bed.  I hear the footsteps walk in. And then I can hear the voice. "Oh no, they warned us this might happen"  I hear a much younger girls voice.  Almost like a kid.

Realizing this I slide a little out.  "Oh there you are, what are you doing under there silly.  It's no time for hide and seek"  this little girl giggles.  I can see her clearly now.  She has orange hair kinda like mine but much softer eyes. 

I climb out of the bed, and gentle walk  around the kid and look out the door. "What are you doing hinata".  'ah the little tiny kid knows my name', I think to myself.

I walk out to the hall which is open to a huge part of the house.  I walk down the other hall going behind and around another room, so I wont be noticed.  I see a door, but before I can turn, two other people see my first.  I run the other way.  I bumb into another one, out of fear I slide past him and run.

I'm now in the huge exposed part of the house.  Right were I didnt want to be.  Everyone could see me now.  They all started running after me, saying to make sure I don't run out of the house.  Hearing this makes me think that they kidnapped me.  Now my fight or flight mode kicked in.  Without thinking I run straight at one of them and take the pocket knife in one hand and get ready to stab thier arm.  I didnt like hurting people, so I tried to avoid it as much as possible.

As I run straight up to them. They step away? I stand there trying to get free as two, what I assume as guards hold my back. Struggling one of them gets the pocket knife out my hand.

"Hey hinata, your safe here. Were not gonna hurt you.  The doctors said if this happened to just try and calm you down." With a slow and steady voice, she continued like I was bomb that would blow up if not dealt with properly.  "Now listen hinata, you parents died last night, on the way over here you got out of the car and hit your head coming up the stairs.  You really didnt have a lot of energy"

My muscles ease up as I remember the night before.  The guards slowly let go of me.

I am now in the room I woke up in after coming back from a room that they made into a nurses office.  'Geez how much money do these people have, or my aunt I guess' I think to myself as the night before is still slowly coming back to me.

I met my aunt for a little while and she seemed really nice.  But so did the other people that I was with before.  They weren't my real parents.  I once lived with them but my mom and dad split up.  I lived with my mom for awhile, but then had to live with my dad as she lost her job and things started to spiral.  I didnt have a problem living with my dad, and my mom would even visit me sometimes.  But he died and I was stuck with the women he was dating.  She then started dating this other guy and that's how I was stuck with them.

But I guess there dead now.  Oop-, to be honest I didnt really care, that probably makes me sound like a crazy person but I didn't care one bit they were gone.

The little girl comes into my room again now changed into a blue stitch onesie.  She still had the same smile on her gave as before as she wakes me  up from my sleep.  I guess I fell asleep at one point still in my clothes from the night before. 

"Hey!! Wakey wakey, eegs and bakey". The little girl smiled at me.  "No but seriously sleepy head, you need to get up and ready for school"  I shot up as she just started at me.  "Wait natsu-" which I had learned her name the day before,"No one told me I had school, I dont even have any clothes.  I'm gonna need to go shopping, oh no I dont even have any money.

She looked at me funny, "what? Of course you do, mama said we get an-"  she struggled with the big word.  "A-al-alow-allowance every other week."

I am now in literally the only outfit just hanging in the closet that natsu told me was in there.  Which was a pair of sweats and simple t-shirt. 

I guess it's time to go to school

Guys (or whatever your pronouns are) I am SO sorry for this boring chapter.  But PLEASE bare with me.  Itll get a lot more interesting I swear. It's not gonna be this boring forever.  Just please continue.  And hopefully you still like it
