I close my eyes, sighing, I remembered Charlotte telling me about her new interest in dinner parties, but I really didn't think she'd do it. Guess I forgot how driven she is. Not wanting to go, I text Charlotte letting her know I would probably be busy. It's not that I'm a huge introvert or anything, just the anxiety of being around people and having to play a role, sounds like it's a lot of work.
