After a thrilling escape in the evening,an enchanting twilight arrives to illuminate the pitch black lamp posts, stir the avenue to throng, cease the day long exhaustion of mankind and create a transparent aura of sensibility and repose.
The pedals softly squeaks midst of it's circular motion, nearby, the sound of blaring horns engulf the streets entirely to themselves and yet, somehow, the icy and haunting silence remains unbroken.
Silence. An irksome silence.
Subsequent to Jungkook's departure, I immediately had grabbed the back seat and the dead end of the two wheeler, determined to escape the warmth of the male that frequently made me flustered.
"Umm, Taehyung?" Quietly, I call for the male that has back to me,peddling in absolute silence.
The uninviting, dead silence lingers heavily in the air,I gulp at the lack of response from the other end
"Tae-Taehyung?" I voice again, quite louder but unsure at the same time.
Taehyung refuses to break the seal off his pulpy lips and melt the frigid silent aura that envelope us. He refuses acknowledge me.
Wordless,he peddles his bike with utmost fluency, his hair tangled from the warm gust of wind blowing against his skin.
"Taehyung?" I lightly tug at the fabric of his thin, black collared shirt, seeking for his undivided attention
Not a single word is uttered, cold quietness still engulfing us. Is he mad at me? Is the silent treatment for the fury that he holds for cracking his eggs? I did mention that I had deep consolation for his warriors, didn't I?
He disregards my existence as a whole,as if I'm completely invisible and inaudible to the world. The lack of a response irks me to take an extraordinary way to be heard, and slowly, I lean close to his ear and sink my teeth on the tender flesh of the lobe.
"What the fuck!?" He yelps, bringing the bicycle to a screeching halt with the abrupt apply of the brakes.
He twists and turn halfway around to greet a naive, faultless pair of eyes gazing at him. His delicate features coat in mixture of displeasure, rage and perplexity and his glares with hint of exasperation.
"What sort of maniac are you?" He growls while clutching onto his ear.
"The one that knows his way" I respond with moral pride at which Taehyung scoffs in disbelief and wrinkles his face.
"Just because I'm not answering you doesn't give you the right to bite off people's ear" Taehyung snaps and barks, quite dangerously.
"Straightforwardness with straightforward and crookedness with the crooked, that's what I was taught." I genially smile.
But before Taehyung could make another wild remark,"Look down" I tell him quietly and with certain solemnity.
Taehyung immediately glances down the region below my abdomen, somewhere exceptionally intimate and hidden which ultimately brings an enormous wave of embarrassment and humility.
"Fucking pervert I meant that down" I point down to my feet that's clearly empty of a flip flop unlike the other. I then move the tip of my index finger all way down the road.
"You dropped your shoe?" Taehyung knits his eyebrows.
"Yes. I have been trying to tell you this for I don't know how long but you ignored me every single time and now we have to go back-
"Well, Jimin that's all the lil generosity I had in me. It's time that you make your way back to you lost shoe and I peddle my way back to my home." Taehyung blurts.
