Bakugou

"Bakugou?" someone asked, knocking on his door.

Bakugou was about to go to sleep, so he put the blanket over his head. Whoever the fuck you are, I'm not gonna fucking deal with you--

Knock knock. "Bakugou, it's Kirishima."

He didn't answer.

"It's Shitty Hair."

Oh my god, when was he gonna get the hint and leave? He had to wake up early in the morning tomorrow.

"Hellooo? Are you sleeping already? It's, like, 7:30pm. I thought you usually sleep at 8:25."

Bakugou gritted his teeth and got off the bed, walking to open the door. He carried the blanket with him for the extra warmth and so Kirishima wouldn't see his SIM.

"Are you kidding me? Ugh, I was about to--"

Bakugou swung the door open. "What do you want?" He figured if he wanted to get through this quickly, he shouldn't shout. Or curse. Or anything, really.

Kirishima, wearing crocs and pyjamas, looked at him. His hand was in his hair, half-way through combing through it. From how his body was tilted to the left, his foot pointing the left, Bakugou guessed he was probably about to leave.

"Oh, you're awake."

"No shit, I'm awake. You woke me up. What do you want?"

"Oh, uh..." laughed Kirishima nervously, hand continuing to comb through his hair.

"Spit it out, I'm tired," Bakugou said, hugging the blanket closer towards him. If Kirishima's been disturbing him for so long, it should be important.

Kirishima turned around. "On second thought, I'll tell you tomorrow."

"What? Shitty Hair, you made me get out of my room. Don't give me that bullshit," he said. Kirishima made him think this was urgent. If it wasn't, he was gonna kill him.

"Do you wanna hang out tomorrow?" Kirishima asked, rubbing the back of his neck.

Bakugou furrowed his eyebrows. "For what?" If it was actually important, he might cancel what he was gonna do with Deku.

"Y'know, as bros?" Kirishima laughed again, but something in his eyes told Bakugou that the redhead was regretting everything that's led up to this moment. Bakugou looked down to his hands, where he was fidgeting.

Bakugou frowned. "I'm going out with Deku tomorrow."

There was silence for a while. Then, "Oh," Kirishima said softly. His eyes looked to the floor, and his fidgeting hands stopped moving. His smile melted into a small droop.

Seeing Kirishima's reaction, Bakugou added, "We can go on Sunday."

"No, uh, it's fine," reassured Kirishima. His smile returned. "Who else is going with you tomorrow?"

Bakugou shrugged. "No one. Just me and Deku."

"Oh, okay."

"You can't join, though," Bakugou added before Kirishima got any ideas. Deku only had one extra ticket to that hero meet and greet, and it's his. He'd kill anyone who got near it.

Kirishima was shocked for a second, then nodded. "Yeah."

"So, that's all you wanted to say?"

Kirishima nodded. "Yeah. Sorry for disturbing."

"Okay, good," Bakugou said, then turned around. "'Night."

He closed the door, but before the door closed completely, he heard Kirishima shout, "Wait!"

Bakugou opened the door. "What?"

Kirishima took one look at Bakugou, then shook his head. "Actually, it's nothing."

Bakugou took one last look at him before closing the door again.

The next morning, he woke up two minutes before the alarm sounded. Two minutes.

"Stupid fucking alarm!" he yelled, taking and throwing it to the wall.

"Bakugou, shut up! I'm trying to sleep!" he heard Tape Face yell. "Wait, what the hell did you throw? It sounded like a solid thing--did you throw your alarm clock?!"

"It's none of your business, go back to sleep!" Bakugou shouted back.

What the fuck was the point of an alarm clock if he was going to wake up before it anyway? To give him anxiety?

He stood up and picked up the alarm clock, setting it on the table. Time to get ready.

After doing his 'morning routine'--he usually wouldn't call it that, but if that was what it was usually called, so be it--he walked towards his wardrobe, picking out a pair of long black sweatpants and a Mirko t-shirt, then put on his Hawks jacket. Luckily, he washed and dried it before yesterday, so it was clean. He grabbed a draw-string bag.

He walked out of his room, down to the common room. Deku was already there. Midoriya waved, smiling. He was wearing Edgeshot t-shirt and a Kamui Woods jacket. "Kacchan! You're early."

Bakugou nodded in greeting. "I didn't think you'd wear Kamui Woods merch, to be honest."

"I figured you'd wear Hawks' and Mirko's merch, so I decided to go with more variety," Midoriya explained.

"Good," Bakugou commented, then gestured to his draw-string bag. "Empty."

Midoriya laughed, gesturing to his drawstring bag. "Same."

"Okay, I thought I had to explain why I brought an empty bag to your retarded ass."

Deku pouted. "I thought we were over that."

"How much money did you bring?" Bakugou asked. He took out his wallet. "I'm gonna buy Mt Lady merch. She's new, so I don't have any of her merchandise. Not that she had any at the time. Who else?"

"Uh, there's Wash? But I don't know if she—he? It?—has much of a fanbase," Midoriya said. He sighed, shrugging. "I mean, we can just browse when we're there."

Bakugou nodded. "By the way, if I don't have enough money, you're lending me some."

"Yeah, I know. As usual," Midoriya said. "Race you out the door?"

"I'm faster than you."

"3, 2–"

Bakugou dashed out, explosions shooting out of his hands.

"Cheater!" he heard Midoriya shout, but the next second, Bakugou saw him outside with him.

"I was faster," Bakugou said, "if you didn't notice."

"You cheated!" Midoriya complained.

"You didn't say we had to go on 1!"

"It was implied!"

"No usage of quirks in the dorms!" Iida yelled, running into the common room. His hands were chopping the air.

Midoriya blinked at him. "We're not in the dorms."

"Suck it, Glasses." Bakugou gave him a thumbs down.

Iida sighed exasperatedly. "I don't even know why I try..."
