"Ultron took you folks out of play to buy himself time. My contacts all say he's building something. The amount of Vibranium he made off with, I don't think it's just one thing." Fury said making his way around the kitchen.
"What about Ultron himself?" Steve asked leaning on a wall.
"Ah. He's easy to track, he's everywhere. Guy's multiplying faster than a Catholic rabbit. Still doesn't help us get an angle on any of his plans though." Fury finished.
"He still going after launch codes?" Tony asked while throwing darts.
"Yes, he is, but he's not making any headway." Fury said cutting up something.
"I cracked the Pentagon's firewall in high school on a dare. Ally did it in middle school."
"One of my prouder moments." Alyssa smiled proudly.
"Yeah, well, I contacted our friends at the NEXUS about that." Fury continued still making food.
"NEXUS?" Steve questioned.
"It's the world internet hub in Oslo, every byte of data flows through there, fastest access on earth." Bruce explained.
"So, what did they say?" Clint asked messing with a few darts.
"He's fixated on the missiles, but the codes are constantly being changed." Fury looked up at the team.
"By whom?" Tony asked as Clint through a dart at the board grazing by Tony's face.
"Parties unknown."
"Do we have an ally?" Natasha asked.
"Ultron's got an enemy, that's not the same thing. Still, I'd pay folding money to know who it is." Fury indicated.
"We might need to visit Oslo, find our "unknown."" Alyssa said to Tony.
"Well, this is good times, boss, but I was kind of hoping when I saw you, you'd have more than that." Natasha said to Fury.
"I do, I have you. Back in the day, I had eyes everywhere, ears everywhere else. Here we all are, back on earth, with nothing but our wit, and our will to save the world. So stand. Outwit the platinum bastard." Fury said to the team.
"Steve doesn't like that kind of talk." Natasha smirked.
"You know what, Romanoff?" Steve eyed Natasha who smiled mischievously.
"So what does he want?" Fury asked sitting down.
"To become better. Better than us. He keeps building bodies." Steve said standing straight.
"Person bodies. The human form is inefficient, biologically speaking, we're outmoded. But he keeps coming back to it." Tony walked closer to the team.
"When you three programmed him to protect the human race, you amazingly failed." Natasha looked around shaking her head.
"They don't need to be protected, they need to evolve. Ultron's going to evolve." Alyssa said to the team.
"How?" Fury asked.
"Has anyone been in contact with Helen Cho?" Bruce asked the team.
The team went to go suit up and met back in the living room. Everyone saying their personal farewells.
"I'll take Natasha and Clint." Steve said putting on his shield.
"Alright, strictly recon. We'll hit the NEXUS, we'll join you as soon as we can." the three walked towards the door stopping in the hallway.
"If Ultron is really building a body..." Steve started looking at the siblings.
"He'll be more powerful than any of us. Maybe all of us. An android designed by a robot." Tony breathed out.
"You know I really miss the days when the weirdest thing science ever created was me." Steve said before Tony walked off leaving the two.
"Alright give me a kiss before you go." Alyssa grabbed Steve's face and brought it down to her level so she could peck his lips softly.
"I love you." Steve said pressing his forehead to Alyssa's.
"I love you too..Just remember... be safe.. your face... is the only thing... keeping us together." she said giggling in between kisses before pecking his lips multiple times and the last one being a long lasting kiss. He pulled away leaving.
"Till next time Laura." Alyssa walked over to her friend.
"For now, the next time I see you, there better be a ring on your finger and I'm being fitted for a bridesmaid dress." she winked before hugging her friend.
"Okay. Let's go T." Alyssa said walking to the door with Tony.
Tony and Alyssa landed at the NEXUS Internet Hub, Oslo, Norway.
"Mr. Stark. Ms. Stark." the employee said quickly and excitedly. Alyssa smiled at this, how often did electronic workers bump into genius billionaire siblings.
The NEXUS employees quickly directed them to a room and the siblings immediately began typing away.
"A hacker who's faster than Ultron? He could be anywhere. And as this is the center of everything, I'm just a girl looking for a needle in the world's biggest haystack."Alyssa said typing away on the computer, Tony helping along.
"How do you find it?" The World Hub Tech asked.
"Pretty simple. You bring a magnet." Tony said singing to himself. 'Oh, I'm decrypting nuclear codes and you don't want me to. Come and get me.'
"I found it. Sending the log your way." Alyssa smiled to Tony.
"So who's doing this?" Tony questioned himself.
"JARVIS." Alyssa said breathlessly.
"I thought Ultron killed him." Tony said confused.
"We got to get back to the Tower." Alyssa shook her head.
"Thank you for your computer access." Tony thanked the employee.
"It was a huge help." Alyssa nodded her head.
"Please come back anytime." the employee smiled before taking a selfie with the siblings and scurrying off.
