Personality: Party tries to avoid conflict and fights with people. He works quietly to bring down opponents, but when he does fight, he goes all out, bringing in every piece of equipment he has. He doesn't care for many people, but he cares deeply about the ones he does like. He's stone cold in front, but underneath he is very kind and caring, but he tries not to let that distract him from his work.

Backstory: Party lived his childhood through a war zone, with his parents being killed during the war. The military found him hiding in a bunker, where he was brought away from the war, to an orphanage. He discovered his talent for creating gadgets, devices, and even forms of weapons while at this orphanage. By the age of fifteen, he had not yet been adopted, and ended up running away. With no way of making money, he stumbled across Messicea, who was working for Herbert at the time. Messicea convinced Herbert to let Party work with them. Many years passed, with Party and Messicea working side by side under Herbert. Once the Solar Ray was activated, Party went into hiding for several months, knowing he and Herbert would be hunted. He quit working for Herbert and went solo.
