Personality: Perapin is a very kind man who is very well known and respected among residents of the island. Being the manager of the most successful restaurant on the island, he is quite wealthy and many people look up to him. Despite his age, he is very skilled, but he knows the limits of his age, and prefers to outsmart his opponents.

Backstory: Perapin became the manager of the Pizza Parlor, and turned the place from a somewhat crappy restaurant to the most well known establishment on the island. He joined the EDG to help protect the island, and is a very skilled agent despite his age. He went on to help take down countless villains to save his island.

Fun Facts: Perapin has the second most stable Inner Mana, second only to Lataus. It is unknown why this is true, considering he doesn't use magic.
