Personality: Ray started as a very calm villain. He started off very proper, wanting reign over the island, and getting Wade to help him. After nearly being killed, he went insane trying to take down the EDG. His motives are clouded with rage as he tries to bring down the ones who almost destroyed him.

Backstory: Like Wade, it is unknown where Ray got his powers. However, he knows how to use his powers incredibly well. He can easily best anyone who fights him, and doesn't rely on his powers, either. When he came close to dominating the island, he was blasted into another dimension, leaving him almost dead. He regenerated and came back stronger than ever, summoning The Dark Lord to assist him in killing the EDG.
