"ADDALYN!!! WHERE ARE YOU!?!?!?!"Aubrey panics, looking around everywhere for her and Aidan's three year old daughter. It was time for lunch and Aubrey was going to grab  Addalyn from the playroom, only to find that she wasn't there. Aubrey hears a little giggle and sees small feet hiding behind the curtain. She laughs, relived and decides to play along.  "ADDALYN!!! Well that stinks, now I'm just going to have to eat all of these grilled cheese sandwiches myself!" Aubrey says loudly turning to walk out the door. Before she can she hears a sassy voice coming out from the in front of the curtains.

"NO, MOMMY, NO!!! THEY ALL MINE!!!" Addalyn stomps her foot and yells. 

Aubrey looks at her daughter and thinks how beautiful she is. She has long light brown hair with light blue eyes with specks of brown in them. She definitely inherited Aubrey's sassiness and both parents stubbornness.  Addalyn was a huge ball of energy that seems to never wear out.

"Darn, I was hoping that I could have them all!!!" Aubrey says as she picks Addalyn up, swinging her on her hip and tickles her belly. Addalyn giggles and squirms to be set down.

"I walk Mommy, I walk!!!" She whines as she squirms. 

Aubrey sighs and sets her down. Addalyn immediately takes off stumbling down the hall. 

"ADDALYN, STOP THAT RIGHT NOW, YOU KNOW RUNNING IN THE HOUSE IS A BIG NO NO!!!!" Aubrey shouts, trying the keep up with the quick toddler. Just as she suspected, halfway down the hall Addalyn slips, stumbling over her feet and crashing into the floor. Before Aubrey could get to her though, Addalyn jumps up and continues running to the kitchen, to interested in food to care about anything else. Aubrey goes in the kitchen and stands by the stove watching the grilled cheeses as the finished cooking.

"HON, I'M HOME!!!" Aidan yells coming through the door and putting away his keys.

"Listen, Addalyn stay right where you are I'll be right back okay?" Aubrey asks as she checks to make sure the stove was off before going to say hi to her husband.

"Hey, Love, how was work?" She asked.

"It was fun, he said, how's the little munchkin been today? Has she broken anything or hurt herself yet?" He asked playfully.

"Actually, we were just about to have lunch if you want to join us!" Aubrey says cheerfully as they walk into the kitchen.

"ADDALYN, NO!!!" They both scream in horror as they see what their three year old daughter was about to do.

Addalyn had somehow managed to climb the four foot counter, and figured out how to turn on the stove. She was now staring at the flame, about to touch it. She jumped when she heard her parents, you're in trouble  voice and started to fall off of the counter. Reacting to his fraternal instincts Aidan lunged and caught the little girl right before she hit the ground.

"DADDY!!!" She screamed when she saw that her daddy was home.

"ADDALYN!!! DON'T YOU DARE DO THAT AGAIN!!!"Aidan says sternly to the squirming toddler.

"But Daddy....Fire pretty...Me likes it!" Addalyn whines.

Aidan turns to Aubrey. "Do you see what you've done, he teases, you've given us a pyro child!"

"First of all, Aubrey sasses, she's not wrong. Secondly, it wasn't all me because it takes two to tango. And thirdly, I'm starving so let's eat!"

"FOOD!!!" Addalyn exclaims.

Aidan laughs, knowing that his life couldn't be any better.
