Prologue

Trolls and Bergens were friends now, Branch have his true blue colors, Poppy became queen. All that in one day. It was truly the best even when its been almost 2 years.

And Branch and Poppy have been dating for almost a year.

Everytime Poppy tried doing something dangerously fun, Branch always bugged her about safety. Poppy have been slightly annoyed by this but eventually got used to Branch being Branch.

One day, Branch and Poppy said their goodbyes from the Troll Village before they went for a little adventure from the forest. Of course, If trouble comes by and attack them, Branch will be ready to protect Poppy. He had a hand-made sword made of steel attached behind him so they'll be alright as long as Branch is there to fight predators.

Poppy have found a beautiful view from cliff, Running closer to the the full view. "Poppy wait be careful!" Branch yelled out as he ran towards her. Though Poppy didnt listen. She couldnt resist a beautiful view.

Poppy was dangerously near the cliff, but she was too focused gasping from the beautiful view to notice. Branch slowed down a little, "P-Poppy, c-can you move away from the cliff atleast for a little bit..?" He said with a worried tone.

"Oh cmon Branch, can we just enjoy the beatiful view together for a moment?" Poppy replied with a slight sigh.

"We will but- Your dangerously near the cliff" Branch was getting more worried.

Eventually, Poppy finally realized she was half an inch away from the cliff. She tried not to move, So she couldnt fall and die. "Poppy, dont move. Im coming to get you!" Branch said, slowly coming towards Poppy, reaching out for her hand.

Poppy reached out for his hand. "Almost.. There" She said, like she was getting squished. But when they were an inch away, Poppy's ground fell apart.

"POPPY!" Branch yelled out. No, he wont lose another one. He wont forgive himself if she dies too. Until he noticed Poppy hanging her two hands from the corner.

Branch immediately went closer and offered his hand. "Quickly! Take my hand!" He ordered. Poppy was struggling, reaching his hand. Another inch close.. Her hanging hands was about to slip.

When they were about to grab each others hands, the cliff fell apart again. Poppy's hanging hands slipped. "POPPY!" Branch screamed. He immediately stretched his hair to catch Poppy's.

"Hang on!" Branch grabbed his hair, trying to pull Poppy back. But, he was loosing balance as the cliff continued moving and falling apart.

Branch lose balance, now both him and Poppy started falling down.

They were about to face death.

Poppy held Branch close and thight. "B-Branch I dont wanna die.." Tears started falling out from her eyes.

Branch quickly looked around to find a way to hang on. But when he looked up, a giant boulder was about to hit them.

"Poppy watch out!" Branch pushed Poppy, now they are apart.

"BRANCH!" Poppy cried out. Branch looked down, Noticing a lake. He immediately pointed at the lake, "Poppy! Land on the lake!"

Branch looked at Poppy, she wasnt listening. She's too afraid to look down. "Poppy listen to me!" He yelled out, But still no reaction from Poppy.

Couple more seconds before they face death.

"POPPY!" Branch yelled at the top of his lungs. Finally, he caught her attention.

Branch pointed at the lake again. "Quickly! At the-" Branch stopped when he noticed a wormhole beside her. It looked like she was about to get sucked in it.

Branch gasped, reaching for Poppy. "POPPY WATCH OUT!"

Poppy quickly looked beside her, a wormhole was gonna get her. Poppy screamed and tried to move away from it but it was too late, She got sucked in.

"POPPY!!" Branch tried to get to go closer to the wormhole but it vanished. "DAMMIT!" He angrily yelled.
But he have to save himself first before thinking about what just happened.

5 more seconds before Branch faces death.

Branch quickly moved himself to land on the lake before the last second he almost landed at the ground. Luckily it was deep enough for him to land safe, but not too safe.

Unfortunately, He hit the water too hard he lost conscious.

With Poppy,

Poppy found herself laying down on.. Burned ground? She was unsure, Her vision is so blurry.

"Oh cmon Barb, You know how I hate meetings." a familiar voice said. Another voice groaned, "And you know how important they are." the other voice replied.

"B-..Branch..?" Poppy weakly called out. "Who said that?!" The familiar voice yelled out. "Uhh, I think its that pink girl." the other voice replied.

Poppy heard footsteps getting louder step by step. "Woah woah Branch dont tell me you'll take the others!" the other voice yelled.

"You cant stop me" the familiar voice replied as the other sighed. Poppy felt two hands carry her. She weakly tried to wiggle away from the stangers hands. "Dont worry, Ill take care of you until I figure out who you are" the familiar voice told on her ear. It sounds so oddly like Branch.

Eventually Poppy gave in. She was too tired and went to sleep as the the stranger carried her somewhere.

Somewhere on the unknown.
