Krystal’s P.O.V
I ran and ran as far as I possibly could. I couldn’t believe what Siva had done. Scratch that, I can’t believe what I had just done! I left my boyfriend on the floor, bloody and unconscious! I cried even harder just thinking about it! I don’t have a clue where I am and it’s really dark. There are only a couple of people out right now. I tried to take in my surroundings, but I recognized nothing. I couldn’t have run that far, could I? As I calmed down, I tried to see if I could go back home, but I was lost! I had left my cell phone home, so I couldn’t call anyone. I slid down the wall of the building that was behind me; tears streaming down my face.
“Excuse me, miss, are you alright?” A soft voice asked. I looked up to see a man about two years older than me. He had short dirty blonde hair and green eyes- just like Nathan’s. His skin was tanned and I have to admit, that he was quite good-looking. Shut up, Krystal, you have Nathan, remember? I noticed it’s been a few seconds since I didn’t answer him. “Yeah, I’m okay.” I lied. I’m really not in the mood for anyone’s sympathy right now. “You’re clearly not. Why don’t you come back to mine and we can sort this out, yeah?” He said. I really didn’t trust him. I hardly even knew him! “I’m fine, but thank you anyway.” His soft looking green eyes soon turned into a cold grey. “Get up.” He demanded. “W-wha—“ “I SAID, GET UP!” He yelled, taking me by the wrist and roughly pulling me up. I screamed and cried out for help, but unfortunately, no one heard me. Darkness then took over and I was out cold.
Jay’s P.O.V
I have never seen Siva this pissed before! What happened to the calm and trustworthy Siva? The loyal and sweet Siva? I can’t believe what he’s done to Nathan and Krystal! As we were waiting for the ambulance, I walked over to Siva who had his head in his hands. The more I looked at Nath, the more pissed I got at Siva. “I need to talk to you.” I said coldly to him and walked out of the room; him following behind.
“Siva…” I sighed, and then continued. “Siva, Siva, Siva! What the HELL has gotten into you?!” I shouted. He looked at the floor and responded. “I-I don’t know, Jay.” He sobbed. “Oh, you know exactly what’s gotten into you! WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO REALIZE THAT KRYSTAL’S EIGHTEEN NOW?! SHE’S PRACTICALLY AN ADULT!” I yelled. “Now, I know that what happened two months ago with her has made us a bit more protective over her, but you need to let loose, Siva! What happened to the calm and understanding you? Why did you go and do that, Seev?” I said, calming down. He was practically on the floor crying his eyes out. “I don’t know, Jay! I don’t know! I guess I didn’t want to see her getting hurt, that’s all.” He responded.
“Well, you did a pretty good job with that now, didn’t you?!” I replied sarcastically. Max then poked his head into the kitchen. “Mate, the ambulance is here. Nareesha, Kelsey, and Tom are going with Nath. You, me and Seev are going to look for Krystal, alright?” He said calmly. I nodded my head and helped Siva up. “C’mon, let’s go look for Krystal.”
Max’s P.O.V
The night was very cold and eerie around London. It’s been a whole two hours since we’ve been looking for Krystal. I’m really worried that something might have happened to her again. We couldn’t afford it if it did. “Mate, she’s nowhere in sight.” Jay sighed. “Well, keep on looking! I know it’s been a long night, but it’s all worth it! This is our sister we’re talking about!” I said, a little annoyed. Ever since that incident two months ago, the boys and I have made sure that nothing else happens to her. So much for that though, right?
As Jay walked along in the front, I stayed behind with Siva. He’s been quiet the whole time. Well, he’s got a right to be. I could understand how he must be feeling right now. “Alright, Seev?” I asked. He looked at me and sighed. “I beat up my best friend/band mate and me, the closest family member she has, betrayed her. Of course I’m alright, Max!” He said sarcastically. I gave him a sympathetic look and he sighed again. “Look, I’m sorry; I’m just really pissed at myself. I really don’t know what took over me when that happened. It’s something I’ll never forget.” He whispered. “Don’t worry, mate. If I was in your position, I’d feel the same way, but I’d probably handle things a bit calmer.” I said patting his back. “Thanks mate.” He said, before catching up with Jay and yelling out Krystal’s name.
Tom’s P.O.V
Look at him, looking so lifeless. It’s a total repeat of two months ago; Nathan in the hospital while Krystal’s gone missing. But only this time, Siva caused this. I was shocked to see him act like this. The last time I’ve seen him this angry over something was— actually, never.
I looked over to the left of me to see Kelsey and Nareesha silently crying. I walked over to them and pulled them both into hugs. “Don’t worry, he’ll pull through. He did last time, didn’t he?” I said. They chuckled slightly. “I know, but that scene wasn’t a pleasant sight.” Nareesha said. “I’m going to have a serious talk with Siva when everything is sorted.” She added. “Kelsey, babe, are you okay?” I asked, kissing her temple. She nodded her head. “Just a bit tired, but I’m fine.” She smiled weakly. There was a slight moan from behind us, and I looked over at Nath. He was stirring slightly. I rushed over to him and laid him back down, as he was trying to sit up. “Don’t move, Nath. I’ll go and call the nurse.” I said, and he nodded.
Soon enough, the nurse and the doctor came in to ask him some questions. They wanted us to leave the room, so we did. A couple of minutes later, the doctor came out. “Well, nothing seems to be broken, just a slight fracture to the left arm. It should heal very quickly though.” He said. “How long?” I asked. “Maybe two to three days. He’s going to have to stay here until it completely heals though.” I nodded my head. “Thank you doctor.” He smiled as to say ‘you’re welcome’ and walked off. My phone then rang. It was Max.
“Hey, any luck on finding Krystal?” I asked.
“No.” He sighed. “We’ve been looking for over two hours now.”
I sighed, “Do you think we should call the police?”
“It’s no use. They’re just going to tell us that she has to be missing for at least forty-eight hours for her to be confirmed as missing.”
“Alright, well why don’t you guys head back home? We can always try and look tomorrow.” I said.
“We will. How’s Nath?” He asked.
“He’s okay and awake. Nothing’s broken, just a slight fracture in his left arm, but it won’t take too long to heal. The doctor says he’s going to have to stay until it does heal though.” I explained.
“Oh, okay, that’s good. Well, I’ll see you in a bit?”
“Yeah.”
The call ended and I went back into the room with Nathan. Poor thing looked so disheveled. “Hey.” I said. “Hi.” He croaked. “How are you?” I asked. “My face and arm hurts, but all in all, I’m okay.” He smiled weakly. “Where’s Krystal?” He asked. Shit. How am I going to tell him that she went missing again? I don’t want him having another panic attack… “Erm… Well, how do I put this…” “Just tell me.” He said, concerned. “She… She went missing.” I said quietly, hoping he didn’t hear.
“What?! Again?!” His breath became heavier and the monitor started beeping faster. “Nath, calm down, okay? Max, Siva and Jay are looking for her now.” I said. Thankfully, the beeping slowed down, but all of a sudden, he started to go into a fit. I quickly got up and reached for the emergency button. In a matter of seconds, doctors and nurses surrounded Nathan’s bed. I watched outside as they did all kinds of work on him. A slight tear escaped my eye and Kelsey came over to comfort me. “He’s a fighter.” She whispered, and kissed me on the cheek.
Please, Nathan, be okay…
