"My father told me never to make homes out of people, he said that's how we lose ourselves, because you fill a home with love and care and make sure that the structure is stable but humans aren't built to be stable, humans are the most unpredictable species and unlike a house, humans can leave and what then?"

He was right though because he was the first to leave.
