One hour passed since the death of Sayaka Maizono and the execution of Leon Kuwatta. Any doubt that this was a joke was thrown out the window. The students walked back to their dorm rooms in a silent, fearful walk. No words were exchanged as the sound of each lock was heard across the hallway. Bonamu walked into his room and lay on his bed, still shaking. Fear was an emotion he had not felt for years now. He had seen death many times, but something about the two today that made him tremble. He turned to his side, and cried out in anguish.

Tears filled his eyes for an uncertain amount of time, he only stopped when he heard a knock at his door. He wiped his eyes and tried to cover up any trace of tears, splashing water in his face to make it seem like sweat. When he opened the door, Junko was waiting for him.

"Oh hey, come in," he said softly.

She said nothing to him, but slowly walked in. She sat on the foot of his bed. He stood at his nightstand, not looking her in the eye. He couldn't let anyone see his weakness, the only person he'd ever shown true emotion to was Kyoko and that was only because they were childhood friends. An awkward silence feel upon the duet, he wanted to break it but couldn't find the correct words. Luckily she took the lead for this one.

"Thank you..." she spoke.
He looked at her and paused.
"For what?"
"You saved me. Not only from that trap but when I was being accused. I guess I owe you something don't I?"
He looked at her with and sighed. He hated being owed by people. Keeping people too close to him always ended badly for them. He thought about it for a moment, then took it upon himself to expose the fraud in front of him.

"Tell me who you really are," he said.
Her eyes went wide, and her jaw dropped.
"What do you mean? I'm obviously Junko Enoshima!"
He sighed and looked away.
"Oh please, there's been something wrong with you since we first met. You're freckles, eye color, eye shape. I'm surprised no one else saw it."
The ultimate fashionista stood up and took on a more serious tone than he had ever soon on her.
"I don't have a clue what you're taking about!"
He laughed at her lie, making her face turn from confusion to disgust.
"Is that right? Mukuro Ikusaba, the ultimate soldier," he said with a wide grin in his face.

Now her face had turned from disgust to fear.
"W-What did you just say?" She asked shakily.
"It was so obvious," he said. "Just took me awhile to put two and two together. You aren't Junko Enoshima."
Her breath was taken away from her.
"Y-You....." she couldn't speak anymore words.
"But answer me this. Why pose as your sister? I mean there just be a reason, correct?"
She just stared at him in aghast. She gained her composure back.
"I-I was forced to," she said. "They said if I didn't then you'd all be killed!"
"Who?"
"The mast-
"Okay that's enough chatter!" They heard Monokuma yell as he entered the room. "You wouldn't wanna go getting poor Mukuro here into trouble would you?"

He looked at the teddy bear with fury and rage.
"You sick fuck! Making her play this game like a guinee pig!" He yelled.
"Oh puhuhu. The despair you'll feel when you find out the truth. If you survive, that is."

He laughed in their faces.
"Oh but Mukuro, if anyone else were to find out about this little game we have," he paused for a short moment before falling out of character. "I'll slit your throat myself!" He laughed then disappeared from sight.

Bonamu looked at who was now Mukuro Ikusaba, the ultimate soldier. They had worked together years ago when both were fresh into their specialty.

Mukuro looked at Bonamu, then ran to the door without another word. He let her go, knowing that what had happened needed to wait. So he lay on his bed once again, slowly being overcome by sleep.

When he awoke, he did his usual morning routine and left to go to the dining hall. The mood of the room was just as he had expected. No one talked, no one moved, just pure silence in the room.
"Morning you guys," Bonamu said.
No one responded, those who could bare to eat did, and those who couldn't just sat in silence.

Bonamu sat, looking down at the floor. He heard to door open and saw Makoto walk in. He had the look of despair in his eyes.
"Ah, good morning, Makoto!" Taka yelled. "Must be nice not sleeping with a corpse in your room!"
"Why the hell would you say that?" Mondo asked.
"It must be tough sleeping in there after what happened. Why don't you just stay in Sayaka's room?" Sakura asked.
"Being in there with her scent...would hurt just as much," he said. "Plus, I've decided to turn away from her death!"
"Makoto,"  Aoi said. "Don't go getting depressed on us. Try to cheer up! If we keep going escape is bound to be found!"
"Is that honestly supposed to make us feel better?" Byakuya asked.
"What?" They all said.
"We were already "working together" and someone was still murdered. Anyone could betray us at this point," he smirked. "It's now just the question of when, not if, the next one happens."
"Yeah because Sayaka made the f-first move!" Toko said.
"Well if we work together against the mastermind then we'll have no reason to do anything like that!" Aoi yelled.

Byakuya laughed in her face.
"Keep telling yourself that, I'll be over here in the real world. Working together, fighting a common enemy, believe it or not it's not that simple."
"What do you mean?" Hifumi asked.
"The mastermind seems to be more powerful than we first thought. They took over Hope's Peak which was supposed to be well defended. Then modified it to fit their desire. They created monokuma, and keep our food stocked everyday. Not to mention the execution we just witnessed. Defying this person is too high of a risk," Celeste stated.
"Well said," Kyoko replied.
"Why thank you," she responded with a smile on her face.

"Then what do we do?" Sakura asked.
"Adapt," she said.
"What?! You're telling us to just sit here and take it!" Mondo yelled.
"In survival of the fittest, neither the smartest or strongest have an advantage. Only the people who can adapt do."
"If you truly want to escape, you'll have to follow the games rules," Byakuya said. "Deceive those around you and win."
"N-No!" Chihiro said.
"No what?"
"If it means killing another person, I don't want to leave! I don't wanna kill anyone else!"
"Anyone else?" Yasahiro asked.
"Leon died because we voted for him," Bonamu said.
"Yeah, it was no different than us killing him ourselves!"

The room had a surprised look on its face. Most students had nothing to say to her.
"But if we hadn't voted for him. We all woulda died...right?" Aoi asked. "That isn't what you wanted, is it?"
"She's right," Hifumi said. "If you heap that type of blame on yourself then you'll turn into a full fledged masochist!"
Chihiro was silent.
"Chihiro." They all turned around to see who they thought was Junko. "It isn't your fault, or Leon's, or Sayaka's. This is the mastermind's fault!"  They forced us to vote, ultimately Monokuma killed Leon. So take the anger you put on yourself and direct at them!"

Before anyone could say anything, the bell rang and the monitor came on.
"Students I'd like to say a few words. It is obvious that you are trying to justify what you did. So remember this well....the burden of judging others is a hard one to bare. So make sure you are cautious of your actions. Order and stability rely on the sacrifice and responsibly of everyone!" The monitor then turns off and the students were left with the horrific message.

"Is that fucker trying to say it was our fault!?" Mondo yelled. "Who the fuck does he think he is!"

The students then left the dining hall and most headed back to their rooms.

Guess I have some free time.
Bonamu walked out of his room. He passed by Kyoko who seemed to be talking to Celeste. He gave her a grin and she ignored it. He approached the room with "Junko Enoshima" written on it. He knocked on the door and a few moments later, she opened.

She looked at him wide-eyed.
"What do you want?" She asked.
"I just wanna talk for a little bit. Can I come in?"
She thought for a moment, then hesitantly opened the stepped aside.

He walked inside and the smell of perfume hit him. She sat down, refusing to make eye contact with him.
"Well? I'm waiting." She said in an almost completely different voice.
He paused and looked down at her.
"I won't tell anyone," he said.
"What?" She looked up at him and into his eyes.

He knelt down to her level and grasped her hand with his.
"If it means you die....I refuse to do it."
She had a surprised look on her face. He could tell she never experienced an emotion like this before. She pulled her hand away slowly, and began to pull of the wig on her head.

What was revealed was short black hair, a very big contrast to the big fluffy pink hair that her wig had. He smirked at her.
"The black hair suits you better."
