The young fairy looked up at the familiar faces that were covered in disappointment.
He'd been reckless he understood it very well. Reckless and thoughtless.
They were never supposed to find out.
"Young fairy!" One of the grimacing faces hovering above him exclaimed, "You betrayed your kind for a mere human, thus we cannot longer accept you in our lands!"
"But I... didn't ask to be named." Jimin said weakly looking down onto his bruised knees.
"No excuse will erase your disgusting crime!" The fairies screamed above him in union.
Their heads covered the sun and Jimin felt even colder than before.
"B-But where am I supposed to go." He stuttered, voice breaking as the glaring fairies came even closer, making him cover away in fear.
"Well-" One fairy began.
"-How about you run back to your human." Another one finished.
The pink haired's heart sank at those words, heavy lump forming in his throat. How was he supposed to do that, when she wasn't there anymore? When she left him behind, just like that?
"I c-can't." He breathed weakly, body limp when the grimacing masks that would be haunting him in his nightmares approached.
"No-" One fairy said angrily.
"-excuses!" Another one screamed.
"Fairy, we hereby exile you from the fairy realm!" The grimacing fairies screeched, pushing him away.
He got pushed away, just like that.
Out of the fairy realm, out of his home, the only place he knew he would always be safe. Until that day.

The memory of this day was painful, but it had been some time since then and Jimin liked to think the the scars had already began to fade.
Because as he sat there, on his old, creaking bed in his small apartment, looking at the reason of his misery, he didn't understand how he could ever resent her.
She'd been a clueless, innocent child when she named him. And a grieving daughter when she left him.
But now she was back and for the first time in ages the fairy felt like the human world could in fact become his home.
"As you know already I got exiled," he began to explain, watching how his human looked at him attentively, strands of silver hair covering her face, "The problem is just that they can't really prevent me from coming back. And really, there should be no reason for me to go back, because there's nothing left for me."
The fairy looked away, catching a glimpse of himself in the mirror next to him. He looked sad.
"Usually, Fairies who got named don't come back. They tend to resent the fairy realm and prefer to stay with their loved ones but..." Jimin exhaled shakily, "-but I didn't have anyone to go to when I came to the human world. I was alone. Alone and angry at everyone and everything." He gave her a crooked smile, "I guess I just could never let go of my old home. I need it and no stupid rule can change that."
