it's clearly obvious that she is avoiding me right now ,she is thinking that I'm mad or upset , a little but i can't unlike her , she is just different 

It's the 2nd day of Teddy's trial and now we are waiting here outside the court room for Lisa , he trial will start at 10 and the third trial will be later this afternoon for the decision of the judge and the jury 

I was just playing with my hands when they all stood up , she is already here i tried to stared at her and hoping she will look back but she never look back at me , You're torturing me Lisa and it hurts like hell

we went inside as soon at the judge said that the trial will be starting again

the trial started again and no our witness is speaking at the table 

"We work late that night and My boss approach me for a drink , we are just suppose to chill and drink a little that time , and we are at the top deck of the bar , then my boss answered a phone call few minutes later when he came back a man came on us with a dagger and was about to stab my boss , my boss tried to stop him but the man keep pushing the dagger at him and if my boss didn't push him back he will fall at the ground floor , My boss didn't meant to push him hard but because he will fall at the railings if he didn't " Jan said and i motioned for him to sit back with the table with us 

"That's the statement of our witness Judge .... it was clearly a self Defense because someone attempt to kill my client that night " i said and i look at Kai but he is refusing to look back at me 

"I wanted to call of Mr. Kim Jong-in again for questioning and clarifications from the evidence that we got " i said and i motioned for hanbin to bring me the tape of CCTV camera and also some pictures and files

"Are you somewhat using drugs or got to used some for the past week?" i ask and he nodded 

"I used but that was weeks ago " he said and i showed them the files of Him being positive in using drugs 

"We run some drug test from you .... and all of them are positive , it was just last week " i said as i handed the jury and the judge the papers 

"can you explain some of this? " i ask and he is Looking at his lawyer 

"Okay ... let's move on at that topic " i said and i ask him more Questions

"You said last time that you just past by the bar but didn't enter inside of it .... we just want to ask you about this footage , what are you doing at the parking lot of the bar that night?" i said as i play the video of him in a car and they all gasp in shock 

"Isn't this your car , this is registered to you and You're the person who's driving that night right?" i ask and he is not answering the Question 

"Yes or no? ... answer it " i said and i saw how his lawyer facepalm 

"Yes i am " 

" and this is also a footage that you drop off someone .... the person who you drop off is the man who tried to kill my client that night " i handed the Judge the ipad and also showed everyone the footage 

"And also , one last more thing the number who call my client that night is unknown ... we look at the time at the CCTV and The time where the person Call as you can all see he called someone at the similar time that the unknown caller called my client? "i said and he don't have nothing to said now 

"No i-...i " he said and His lawyer stood up to object 

"Objection your honor " 

"No more further question your honor .... the evidence have been presented " i finished and the judge took a Long breath before answering
