"These shoes are tall." Jinyoung mumbled as he shifted his weight from one foot to another to asses the footwear's comfort. He stood atop a small podium, examining himself in the mirror on the wall a few feet away.

Youngjae stood to full height after adjusting Jinyoung's pants, fixing up the collar and jabot ruffles of his white tunic. "They look great on you. Height is attractive."

"Does the attire look good?" The elder asked.

"You look fine. Purple is your color." Youngjae replied, turning away to grab the large fur cloak hanging on a wood hook against the wall of the large dressing room full of fabrics and other made outfits from the royal tailors.

Jinyoung asked for only Youngjae to be in the room as he dressed; not out of disrespect or discomfort, he just preferred the way Youngjae dressed him over anyone else.

"Must I wear a cloak?" The prince asked with a frown while staring at the heavy looking material.

Youngjae nodded while gently draping the cloak around Jinyoung's shoulders. "For at least the first hour while guests are arriving, yes. You are the prince, of course."

"Don't remind me."

"You'd rather not be prince?"

Jinyoung shrugged, his eyes drifting off elsewhere. "I don't think I would have cared either way if I was royal blood or not. But to me the 'Prince' title does not mean lavish parties and living without a care in the world."

Youngjae hummed, gently brushing Jinyoung's shoulders to help the fur of the cloak settle. "Well tonight it does. Please, live without care tonight. For me."

Jinyoung frowned as Youngjae turned away to retrieve something else. "For you? Are you not attending?"

The younger shook his head. He returned to Jiinyoung with a case full of jewelry, all gold and diamond pieces resting in the delicately crafted box. "I am not important, only a servant."

The elder scoffed as Youngjae selected a diamond necklace to accessorize Jinyoung's neck. "You are most important, you're my friend, you must come!"

"I don't have an invitation-"

"I'm inviting you right now! I'll escort you personally!" Jinyoung exclaimed. He took the box from the younger, taking out an emerald jeweled ring he favored wearing before shutting it and setting it aside.

"B-But I can't wear my daily suit, I-I need something fancier for your party-"

"We're practically the same size!" Jinyoung quickly stepped down from the podium and walked over to one of the dozens of outfits that had been made for him for different occasions. The perk of being in the dressing room was that Jinyoung could just grab anything and throw it on, so of course the same rule applied for Youngjae. His eyes caught on a fancily embroidered red coat with black slacks and gold accents. He pulled it off it's hook, handing it to Youngjae. "Here, I attended an out of town party a few months back, you can wear this. Keep it."

The younger was hesitant to even touch it, but Jinyoung forced it into his hands anyway. "I-I can't just take your clothes, Jinyoung th-this is..."

"You keep reminding me I'm prince, right?" Jinyoung asked while shoving the younger up onto the podium, the two having switched places. "Well as your prince, I am ordering you to put that suit on and join me for a fun night. Let's live without care together, just for tonight."

Youngjae looked as if he were trying to find a rebuttal, but the smile that grew on his face showed that he didn't want to argue. He couldn't argue with royal orders anyway. "As you wish, my friend, the prince."
