Lily listened as his breathing began to settle, his arms wrapped around her tightly as they lay on the bed in silence. Mind racing, heart still in her throat she began to replay the past hour back and wondered where she had broke so easily. A sense of regret began to creep over her and she silently wished that the emotional turmoil would settle so she could think clearly.
As Tommy's breathing deepened beside her she sneaked a look at him, his perfect lips pressed together as he slept. The same lips that could cut through her like a knife and she found herself looking down to his hands that where loosely wrapped around her waist. The same hands that had pulled her up into this room knowing she wouldn't be able to say no.
Tommy was aware of his control over people and she wondered if he had purposely used it against her. Even though she could of said no they both know that she was completely powerless against Tommy if hes given the chance. Lily had given him the chance when she didn't fight against him.
Then she looked around the room and realised he had planned to get her alone and intimate once again. An attempt to persuade her to stay with him. Shifting under his arm she began to pull away and slid off the bed. Silently she picked up her heels and coat and forced out the memories that flooded her intoxicated brain as she passed the wall he had pinned her too.
Tommy had underestimated Lily greatly she thought as she slipped on heels. After spending weeks trying to get her back he had resorted to using his power against her. Another power move. Well Lily didn't like that one bit, she had her own power too and he would feel it.
Tommy hadn't trusted her and it couldn't be fixed by one intimate afternoon. Lily was worth more than that.

Slipping down the stairs Lily had pulled her hair down and reapplied her lipstick. Subtly checking each exit she saw the familiar men that Tommy had warned her about loitering around. Slipping behind an elderly couple she kept her head down and followed them to the door, just as the wind blew through the door, hitting Lily's hair she met the eye's of John Shelby.
"Lily!" he called as both of them stopped in front of one another.
"Don't even try and stop me John" she warned, her tone full of venom as she looked towards the exit. Lily would park her knee between his legs if she had too.
John smirked back, impressed with her tone. This Lily was his favourite "I'm assuming he doesn't know you're leaving?"
John could tell with how swollen Lily's lips where that something had happened between her and Tommy. John had hoped that Lily had given him nothing but hell, his brother had deserved it for what he had put her through that night.
"He'll soon be aware" she replied airily before making a move to leave, testing John's reaction.
"Let me walk you to ya car love" he winked before opening up the door for her, ignoring the swarm of men heading their way. As Lily slipped into her car John paused before shutting it.
"I didn't want nothing to do with that night Lily. Just know that okay?" and he quickly slammed the door as the group got closer to the car.
"Albert let's go"

Tommy was making his way down the hotels stairs, fixing his tie as he went and found his men grouped in the hotel foyer. The hotel staff where eyeing them with fear and he knew that they had been causing some trouble.
After waking up to find Lily had disappeared once again he saw that she had left him a message, written in her lipstick on the mirror that faced the bed.
