The day couldn't get any better for Yeji and Hyunjin.
Why? Well, they landed the floral service for the wedding. That's it.
It might be a small thing for others. Like, Sure it's a wedding no biggie at all, but the wedding that they got is no normal wedding at all.
The wedding they landed is the wedding of a world renowned dancer Hirai Momo, and the Kpop star Kim Heechul. They're a big deal, which means their wedding is also a big deal and which also means they have a lot of pressure to do all this, because the wedding will be held three days from now. They sure got lucky.
They were so giddy and kept giving each other high fives while they were heading to their car, and when they did make to the car and drove off they couldn't shut up about the offer they were given.
They kept blabbering about the offer, and in between their talk. Yeji teased Hyunjin because Heechul, a guy who is older than him, looked even younger than him. In retaliation Hyunjin hit Yeji's arm. Unintentionally, he added way to much force that they nearly swerved off the road.
Because of that, Yeji stopped and kicked his brother off of the passenger seat and made him sit at backseat for the rest of the car ride as a punishment.
After such a long car ride they arrive at the shop. There they once again blew up, screaming and continued their celebration, nearly pushing off a pot of flowers.
While they were celebrating. Yeji noticed that Lia is a lot more distant from her.
When they jumped around the shop Lia was just at the smiling at them.
She felt kind of sad about it, but to her surprise. Lia walked towards her which made her heart thump like crazy.
"Yeji." Lia called Yeji to catch her attention, which is unnecessary because the cat eyed girl is gawking at her.
"Oh, huh? What did you say?"
"I didn't even say anything." Lia giggled.
Yeji might melted from Lia's giggle. Her giggle is too cute for her.
Yeji awkwardly laughed. "Yeah, uhm– so, what were you suppose saying?" Yeji asked.
"Okay. So someone went here a while ago looking for you." Lia said making Yeji listen at her.
"Who's that someone?"
"Her name is Ryujin."
When Yeji heard that name. She felt ecstatic. Ryujin has finally returned. A long time friend has finally returned. She was so happy that she called out to Chaeryeong to relay the news Lia gave out to them.
"Ryeong! Come here!" Yeji called out for Chaeryeong.
The younger girl came over to Yeji followed by her brother that she didn't call over.
"Ryujin has finally returned!"
Chaeryeong and Hyunjin's face lit up, they both smiled brightly from the news they got.
"Great eonnie! Both of you can finally go on a date again." Chaeryeong blurted. Which made Hyunjin and Yeji go silent.
To Chaeryeong's confusion, everyone became quiet. The atmosphere around them became akward. Especially for Yeji and Lia.
"I'll leave y'all to celebrate on your own guys I have a homework to do." Lia excused herself. An obvious excuse to not hear any gut punching things that would remind her that Yeji has a girlfriend.
Hyunjin looked at Yeji. He knows what Chaeryeong said was not good in their current situation. She said it at the worst possible time ever. The timing was off for Chaeryeong if she intended it to be a joke, because Lia took what she heard in a literal sense. If he were to base this from a game mechanics. That's minus heart points right there.
