Everyone in this world wishes to have a successful, meaningful, and most of all, a happy life. Things either go their way, or things could lead to another path which could have great obstacles and challenges.
People do say that God always has a plan, just waiting until they get to a point where they could seize the opportunity. They might think that the so called 'plan', is somewhat rewarding, truly the one that they deserve, and the one that they have been led upon.
But what if that plan is not what it is meant for them?
It has been two days since Yeji has been admitted to the hospital, and it has also been two days of laying on the bed with nothing to do other that look at the window feeling absolutely terrible. Just thinking what would be the outcome of her recent struggles.
The two days of being somewhat isolated in her hospital room led her to thing of what would happen to her. Of course she stayed positive, but that's just it. She stayed positive. The pessimism is still there lurking around the corner to depress her.
Part of those two days that she was gone, also meant that the flower shop doesn't have someone who can tend to it. Sure Chaeryeong is there, but she has her ways of avoiding responsibilities. Her brother is also busy tending for her. That leaves the flower unmanned up until, either she gets discharged or Chaeryeong at least keep the place on check.
The next day is also Christmas. As sad as it is, she can't do anything to change her current situation. She can actually change her situation, but it would take few months to do so to fix her damaged heart. Which means she'll have to celebrate Christmas in this hospital room of hers.
She wished she'd be fine by then, but things aren't really going as it should've been. Instead of her getting well and feeling better like what she thought she was already going to. Instead it went backwards, going on a complete U-turn.
Yeji hasn't particular looked well, as in the obvious sight of a frail, weak and pale woman, laying on the bed. She was still optimistic like she always was. Easygoing and optimistic Yeji.
Even with this potential life threatening situation she's in, she never failed to make the others smile. Yeji still managed to plaster a weak yet somewhat believable smile to whoever visited her.
Of course those visit was a bit easy to handle, but that was because it was not her girlfriend.
Everyone visited. Ryujin and Yuna visited, bringing her some food and their ability to light up the room. Chaeryeong also visited and blasted the whole room with his loud wailing. Heck even Soobin, Sir. Douche-a-lot even visited.
But her girlfriend never visited... Yet.
Yeji let out a deep sigh. Lia not being in front of her clearly saddens her, the last time she saw her was exactly two days ago when they were together in bed, and ever since then there was no sight of her.
This could be her last days alive and her girlfriend ain't even there to at least see her.
Yeji then roamed her eyes around the same old white painted walls of the room she's staying on for two days. She doesn't know how many time she did it, but even for how many times she looked around the same walls she still did it.
The loneliness from being almost isolated from others really rubbed her off making her tolerate looking at the same old bland room.
The door suddenly opened, producing a creaking sound. Taking the cat eyed girls' attention.
As soon as she landed eyes up in front. Her mood immediately lightened up. The person she's been waiting to see, finally visited after two of not doing so.
