No one's pov

"Die you pathetic weaklings!" A villain screams as he sends out many needles towards a crowd of civilians. They panic and don't know what to do, until they shielded themselves for impact, only for nothing to happen them.

There Zero stood there with thousands of needles in front of her motionless. She stepped forward, the needles all drop to the ground, then she sprints forward toward the villain. Knocking him out in one swift movement, the civilians were now safe. A police squad showed up and took the unconscious man away while someone asked for details on what happened. Zero was thanked as she began to walk away, only to be stoped by an explosion nearby.

She hurried off and towards the ruckus only to find another villain attack. "Y'know, there seems to be a lot of idiots out today, don't you agree, Zero?" She looked up to see red wings flapping above her covering the man's face. Zero stood there thinking about how the guy felt so familiar, but couldn't remember how. As she stood there zoned out in thought the winged man pulled the nearby civilians away from the destruction.

"I know your busy thinking about something, but would you mind help'n out? I'm not as strong as you..." he tapped on Zero's shoulder, snapping her back to reality. She blinked a few times before getting the gist of what's going on. Then without another moment, she was attacking the villain who struggled to land a blow. Zero was able to apprehend the guy just as the police got there to 'help'. They take him away and the two heroes are left alone.

"OMG!! It's Hawks!!"
"Zerrrro!! You saved the day once again!"
"Could my son please get an autograph?"

Y/N's pov

'Hawks? Where have I heard that name before?' I stand there looking at the number three hero giving autographs and saying hello to the many people crowding him. 'How come my head hurts when I think about it?'

"Zero!! Can I get a pic with you?" A little kid tugged on the hem of my shirt. I peer down at him, he was giving me this bright smile...'what do I do?'

"Here let me in the picture too!" The hero that they called Hawks grabbed the boy's phone and knelt down next to the boy. I stare confused for a moment before he tugged me down next to the other side of the boy, a click went off as the picture was taken. Hawks showed it to the boy before standing, the boy squealed before running off.

'I'm so confused...' I thought to myself before feeling another tug on my sleeve this time. I glance over to see a grown man peering down on me seductively. I try to have the man let go but instead he righted his grip on my sleeve. "Let g-." I cough out struggling to come up with some kind of idea of what to do. In the time to blink, a hand claps onto the man's, the owner of the hand stood slightly in front of me protectively, it was Hawks. "Release your grip, or get hurt, you're choice bud!" Hawks said with much seriousness in his voice.

The man scrambled away soon after Hawks let go of him. The hero turned to look at me, noticed my seemingly obvious discomfort, and frowned. He took hold of my stretched out wrist and waved off the civilians, pulling me away from them.

After a while the two were in a building, apparently it was Hawks' agency because the people who worked there all greeted him as they passed them. When they got to an office on the top floor away from everyone else, Hawks let go of Zero. Her gaze was on the floor until she was told to look up. When she did so, she was met with a small group of people. Well dressed and holding papers.

"We'd like for you to have an agency Miss Zero. You're the only hero in the top ten without one." The one talking stood up and handed Zero a folder, which she immediately started to skim through. "Your agency will be located not to far from here, just a block or so down the street." The woman said as she went back to her spot on the couch.

"You'll be assigned with two sidekicks who have asked to work with you of their own free will. You'll also be assigned a front deskmen and a janitor who have also asked to work for you." Four people stood up, two in hero costumes, one in formal clothing, and the last in rundown clothes. "These are those four, Calamity and Havoc are your two sidekicks. Mr. Klaus as the front deskman, and then old man Shin as the janitor." The four slightly bow then one at a time shake Zero's hand.

"Of course, wed like for you to make blueprints for the agency, so that we can have it built the way you all want." She stayed as she stood, giving Zero yet another piece of paper. It was quiet for about three minutes while she looked over the paper. "May we see the land it's being built on?" She asked, putting the paper into the folder and looking up at the others. "Oh of course!" She was quick to grab her things, soon everyone was out the door, Hawks included.

"This is the place!" The woman stated, arm sprawled out towards the empty lot. Zero turned to the four who would be working with her, "list down a few things you want in the building please." She asked while pulling out the paper about the blueprints, and a pin for them to write on the back of the sheet.

After taking turns writing a few things down, the paper ended up in Hawks hands before he handed it back to Zero. She looked at it, brushing off any ideas why he had the paper. After reading over the ideas a few times she put the paper into the folder and handed it off to the closest person to her, which happened to be Hawks. The group of seven people behind Zero watched as she walks up to the empty lot.

Crouched down with both palms on the ground, the earth around them trembles a bit. Different types of minerals push out from the lot and a building constructs itself into existence. A U-shape building with large windows, a courtyard between the connected buildings, an office at the top with a balcony with sliding glass doors. The ground stoped shaking, Zero now standing up brushing dust off of her, then turns to the seven who gawked at her.

"I tried adding all your ideas into it, even Hawks' balcony to he wanted added to my office..." she took the folder from said man, and looked back at the building giving it a slight nod of approval.

"I-I-I guess we don't need the blueprints now.." the business woman stuttered. She then had the five who'd work at the agency stand together in front of the building. She took a picture and shook all their hands before thanking them and walking off. The remaining six walked inside, they took a tour around the agency before the short mouse-like man tugged on Zero's hand.

Glancing down, zero was met with the so called principal of the infamous hero high school, UA.
"Miss Zero, as a talented pro hero in the top ten heroes, I would like to ask you to come look after a small class at my school!" He sounded excitedly. Her four coworkers lefter the room, leaving Zero alone with Nezu and Hawks.

"Before Zero gives an answer, why does UA want a hero who never went to the school in the first place?" Hawks blurted out.

"Easy, I've seen what Miss Zero can do. She's not too great with others not to mention the media, but she's great at everything else. So I'd like for her to teach a class about retraining while AllMight is away, it'll help you open up a bit and feel better around others. Now that you have an agency, you have a teaching license." Nezu replies to Hawks' question. He then turns to Zero, "will you please come teach a class next week? They're an impressive group of young heroes, I'm sure they'll appreciate any tips you can give them." He slightly bows.

After a minute or so of silence she speaks up, "su-sure..." Nezu pops his head up to look at her, grabbing her hand she had outstretched for him to shake, "Oh, thank you so much miss Zero!" He shakes her hand as if he were a child given something he's wanted for a lifetime.

Nezu leaves soon after giving all the info she would need for the next week. Hawks cleared his throat before patting her on the back and walking to the door, stopping at the door he turns to her. "If you need anything, you're always welcomed at my agency, and I wrote my number down in the folder as well, just in case!" She cheekily said as he skipped out the door but soon stopped again.

"The balcony! I almost forgot!." He opened the sliding door and jumped onto the railing, "see ya around Zero, good luck next week!" He waved before jumping off and disappearing in the distance.

'Next week...is going to be hell." She flopped onto the couch in her office, facepalming in the process.
