You finished brushing your teeth and washing your face and went to bed. Today was the day of your 10th year anniversary with Sousuke, but you both agreed you were tired and would have a proper love making session on another day.

Sousuke had been working even harder recently, so he needed more rest which was understandable. But on your tenth year anniversary he didn't even spend any time of the day with you which was sad. It was just practicing at the pool.

He was already in bed when you got in and had his eyes closed. You had reminded him a week before that you wanted to spend your anniversary day together and he said "I'll think about it". You'd been on a few anniversary dates but that was back in high school.

Sure you could put on a piece of lingerie and he'd get turned on, but even you didn't feel like doing that. You just wanted to spend time with him.

Over the past decade, you'd learnt Sousuke was definitely not the affectionate type. Which wasn't anything bad, but you'd barely kiss, hold hands or hug in public. He'd sometimes let you do it at home and of course during sex. But you knew how to love him without constant smooching and snuggling. Your relationship wasn't reliant on that, but that doesn't mean you didn't want to be close to him from time to time.

You turned to his side to see him still attempting to sleep. Your hand snaked under the covers and finds his hand to hold. He opens his eyes slightly surprised to see you giving him a gentle smile.

You got closer to his face until your whole body was touching him. You wish you could just fall asleep like that. His warmth was so nice and you couldn't help but sigh.

"(Y/n) I thought we agreed no sex tonig-" Sousuke said until you let go and backed away immediately.

"You're right, I'm sorry." You put yourself back in your half of the bed and turned the other way. Staring at the wooden floor of your bedroom. You sighed to yourself to try again next time. Maybe next year.

It was normal and you were used to it. It didn't feel bad as much as it used to, but why does it bother you now? Maybe it was because your boyfriend decided to spend his 10 year anniversary practicing at the pool and he even invited you to go watch him practice.

And you did really go, but you doubted Sousuke realised you were even there. He never came out of the pool or made eye contact. You just sat on the bench, with both hands on your cheeks, watching him swim back and fourth, back and fourth.

Flash back *swoosh*

You looked at the clock at it was already 3pm. Maybe you could go buy a nice dress or dinner, but you highly doubted Sousuke would take an eye for those details. Which aswell was not a bad thing, just made you think extra harder on what he would like.

Two familiar people came running over.

"(Y/n)!" Momotarou cheered, racing over about to hug you. But then stopped once Rin gave him a wedgie from the behind of his extremely petite swimsuit.

"Hey (y/n), what brings you here?" Rin asked nicely, trying to ignore Momotarou's clear pain.

"Its mine and Sousuke's 10 year anniversary today and I wanted to see him for a little bit. But he doesn't want to go anywhere so here I am." You slightly sighed still watching him do the butterfly over and over again.

"Don't be sad (y/n), I'll take you wherever you want for your anniversary!" Momotarou gave a cheesy smile which made you chuckle a bit.

"That's very nice of you Momo." You giggled. You finally stood up after sitting there for you don't know how long.

"I'm gonna go back home now I guess, I'll see you guys soon. Tell Sousuke I was here." You stretched.

"Already? No work today?" Rin asked.
