????? ????'s POV
Grey clouds that make up a dreary cloudy day in Washington D.C in February of 1865, it starts pouring cats and dogs as my hood on my midnight black cape falls off. Speeding past Lafayette Square I manage to run into president Lincoln?! Nervousness runs through me, My Soaked and drenched bangs blocking my eyes from seeing who I bumped into as I move them I get a look at who it was, "I do believe we've met before." He says as I step back and manage to shakingly say stuttering a tad bit " y-yes s-sir! W-we have! I'm the guard that was assigned to protect you..". He smiles and gets down to my level and takes my head into his hands and he says looking me in the eyes "no need to be nervous little one... What's your name?" "Lynn... my name is Lynn.." I manage to say as he smiles and says "Well then, Lynn it's so lovely to meet you!". I smile softly 'he's just like I remember him, but does he remember me?' i thought to myself as he gets up and says " my daughter's middle name was Lynn..." he sighs and helps me up. I get up and he's literally towering over me! I heard from one of his old friends named Henry that he's like 6'4 or something like that! Anyways I'm now clearly shaking since well one, it's raining, and two it's freezing! He looks at me and puts his coat around me as I ask "what about you s-sir?" as he says looking at me "It's fine... we are right across the road from the white house..." all I can do is nod softly and he puts his arm around my shoulder as we cross the road to the white house. He says softly to himself "I know it's you little Lynn...". I look at him and move to where he can put his arm around me as tears fall down my cheeks like rain. And he thinks I didn't hear that, but, alas I did, I grab his hand as we enter his office and I shut the door and lock it! Both of them. I look right at President Lincoln and ask "how? How do you know I'm your daughter?!" He looks at me, not as if I was in trouble as a kid, it was more of a look that says 'I've missed you so dearly'. I let go of his hand and I walked up to the right window near the fireplace and I looked outside and turned around and saw the President walking up to me. He pulls me into an embrace, now I kinda want to cry, but I can't. I reluctantly hug back as he says the first words, "Lynn, after you well faked your death, your mother and I had a very very hard time dealing with it... and so did Robert and Tad, they blamed me for your death... and after we had your funeral well... After that, everything began crumbling around me." He manages to say as I basically start to break down. " I'm so sorry..." I say throughout the tears as I start to fall asleep due to the dreary weather, "little Lynn... don't be sorry... I just made it harder on you, I didn't pay attention to you when you needed me..." he says and adds "I'm so sorry..... I just pushed you away like you meant nothing to me... when you did, and you still do little Lynn... you mean a whole lot to your mother and I. I'm so sorry..." he hugs me tightly and I find myself doing the same.

Third Person POV

the president looks at his daughter, not wanting to let Lynn go. Fearing that he will lose her again. So many emotions were running throughout the two as they walked out of the office and into a living area and Lynn sits down and falls asleep due to the rain. Mary Lincoln walks into the room and sits next to her husband, "i'm guessing that she's the new guard, dear?" Mary says and lincoln nods softly. Mary smiles softly she still hadn't gotten over the fact that amber was gone. Mary sits next to her husband she gets a good look at Lynn's face as Lynn turns to face the President and his wife, Mary sees that she looks exactly like amber and mumbles softly to herself "amber?"
