Wrist sprain (jungkook)

It was a normal day off. All the BANGTAN boys were doing their own thing. Taehyung and Jin went shopping, RM and Suga stayed at home, Jimin and Jungkook went to the gym, and Jhope went to visit his sites for a little.

While at the gym Jimin was going some press-ups while jungkook was doing some sit-ups. After a while of doing those little workouts, jungkook went over with his coach for some training for his wrestling. He was doing a great job. His coach wanted him to go on the punching bag for a little bit so that's what he did.

(Jungkook p.o.v)

I was on the punching bag you know it was normal. I love the way you can take your anger out on it. I was so dead in thought that I twisted my wrist and the force of impact. I quickly reacted by hissing in pain. I couldn't take my glove off cause it was just in too much pain. "Ya jungkook-ah what happened?" My coach asked. "I don't know I was deep in thought and my wrist and agh!" I yelled I was starting to get frustrated for some reason. I was hot, my wrist hurt, and everyone was starting to gather around me. It was overwhelming. But 6 faces I was more than glad to see showed up. "Jungkook we are gonna take you to the doctor to get your wrist taken care of okay," Jin asked me. I just nodded. Jimin and Yoongi helped lift Jungkook to his feet as they walked out of the fitness center and to the car.

*time skip the car ride*

We were waiting in the waiting room to be called one of the nurses gave me an ice pack to hold on my wrist for the meantime. The pain wasn't as bad anymore I died down a bit which I am grateful for. We waited about 15 minutes until I was called. "Jeon Jungkook" The nurse called. We all got up and started following the nurse. We went into the room and she did the basics by taking my vitals and writing them down on my chart. "Ok, Mr.Jeon Dr.Sun will be in here in a few moments please relax." She gives us a warm smile and walks out. "Man I hate this place. These chairs are uncomfortable." Yoongi says. It makes quiet laughter go through the room. Then we hear a knock. "Hello, Mr.Jeon Jungkook I'm Dr.Sun. So I heard you hurt your wrist mind if I take a look?" I show the doctor my wrist and he exams it closely. "Ok well, your pretty lucky nothing seems to be out of place and you have full mobility in your hand so that's another good sign. What I'm thinking is you have a sprain. So I'm gonna have a nurse come in and wrap your wrist in an ace bandage and I don't want you to do anything physical for a few weeks and keep your wrist iced. And for the pain simple. over-the-counter pain meds should do just fine." He pats me on my shoulder and walks out 10 minutes later a nurse walks in and wraps my wrist and hand and tells me the same thing the doctor told me. She handed me the papers with a list of things I cant do, things I should do for it to heal, and my discharge papers. After about 3 and a half hours at the hospital, we were finally on our way home. We stopped for ice cream and drove home.

A few weeks later I was getting ready for my appointment and had everything ready. I and Jin drove there. They took off the ace bandage and gave me the all-clear to attend my physical activities which I was more than thankful for.
