(M/n) POV

It's been a long time since I saw my friends Sayo and Ieyasu. I wonder if they've gotten to the capital by now. I hope their safe especially Sayo. She said she wanted to tell me something, I wonder what it was.
Anyway, while I was walking down a path I suddenly heard two people scream along with a shriek. I quickly ran over to where the sound was. I saw a giant class 1 danger beast with 3 claws on its hands and scaly body. Along with two men on a carriage.
The danger beast lunges at the carriage as I righteously swing my sword at the danger beast. Causing it to bleed and stumble backwards, I then smirk before waiting. Waiting for it to lunge again. It then proceeds to lunge at me as I jump up and slash it several times killing it in the process.
I sheath my sword as the two men on the carriage thank me. I then give them a cheeky smile as I say, "Awww, it was nothing!" They both fall over upon my reaction. As I stand there dumbfounded. They then ask me where I was headed.
I said I was heading for the capital because of it being my dream. They immediately stiffened up as I tilted my head. They then said that the capital is filled with monsters worse than the danger beast I fought despite its size. I then said, "Well, come on there can't be danger beasts in the capital." The guy on the left then said, "No, humans that act like monsters." I tilt my head again as I just pick up my gear and thank them for the warning.
Heh Monsters.....................What could possibly go wrong?

Timeskip

I saw the capital before my very eyes and JESUS ITS HUGEEEEE!!!!! I have never been to a place as big as this! "Man this is so cool!" I say to myself as I walk towards a recruitment station.

??? POV

Before I sip my tea, I see a (F/c) haired, (F/c) eyed boy getting all excited about entering the capital. This makes me think for a little bit about what I should do. I smile as i stand up from my seat and walk towards the direction of the boy.

(M/n) POV

I look at the paper in front of me as I am interested in joining the ranks. So I ask the guy as the desk, "So you want me to start as a rookie?" The guy just says, "That's where most people start, yes." I shake my head as I unsheathe my sword and say, "I wanna be something better how about a captain? Or even a general?" The guy then kicks me out the recruitment station.
     I then ask if I could take the test and he responds with, "There's a depression going on. I'm not gonna waste a test on some stupid kid!" I immediately get confused upon him saying depression. The guy tells me to beat it as he closes the door.
     I slump over defeated upon this news until I hear a feminine voice from behind me. "Hello~" I lift my head up only to see.....BOOOBBBBBBBSSS!!!!!
I can't help but admire how nice they are! Sadly, the blonde girl with yellow eyes then says, "Hey, Man. Eyes are up here."
     I then snap out of my trance as I stand up and ask her, "What do you want?" She simply smiles and says, "Well I saw you're having trouble getting into the imperial army. And I was wondering if you wanted to join." I then perk my ears up excitedly.
     She says seductively, "Well? You want to know? How to earn your rank captain~?" I say, "Please tell me!" She giggles until she says, "First I would like a drink~"

Timeskip

     After she finished her 7th drink? I'm not sure I lost count after 3. Mainly because of how fast she drinks her alcohol. Jesus this woman must be hiding something inside those melons of her's to make her immune to alcohol. Anyway after she finishes her alcohol, she asks, "So, why did you w-want to become an I-imperial soldier again?"
I say, "Well I'm doing this so that way I can protect my village." She seemed intrigued by my motive despite her being half drunk. She then says, "Ok. But in order f-for you to f-fulfill your d-destiny. You have to have a lot of money." I immediately hand over a huge ton of money to her as she acts surprised.
She says, "Woah! Where did you get this from?" I just respond by saying, "Oh you know just a reward for killing a few danger beasts." She mumbles, "Very Impressive." I say, "Did you say something?" The girl starts to blush and says, "Oh, no! I was just talking to myself! Anyway, let me just take this money and have a talk with the captain! Just you hold tight there handsome!"
     Yeah I-Wait did she call me handsome? Well, that's not as important to me as it is of me becoming an Imperial Soldier!

Timeskip

     It has been 3 hours since she left. It has officially turned from dusk to dawn and the owner asks me to leave because of how the bar is closing. But I tell him that I'm waiting for someone. Then he breaks the ice that she just ran away with my money. I then flip out as the guy tells me I shouldn't have given money to strangers.
     I leave the bar defeated as I fall to my side leaning against a wall angry because some lady happened to call me handsome. As I try to relax, a pink carriage stops next to me with a blonde haired girl coming out of the carriage. She asks, "You need some help there?" I just sit there not saying anything until one of the guards says to come along because of how the girl named 'Lady Aria' loves to help those in need.
     I slowly but surely nod as I stand up go inside the carriage. Going to a stranger's house.

What could possibly go wrong?
