6 year old Katie had just gotten done with her homework, and she had played with her dogs before drifting off for a nap. At first, she didn't dream of anything. Then a swirl of teal/blue and white colors emerged, and she felt a gentle rocking sensation. Rocking? She opened her vivid green eyes...

And her pale face gaped at what she saw. She was in what looked to be a house. Her 1990s attire and hairstyle was gone. In its place were clothes and a hairstyle from Victorian Era London. She looked at herself in the mirror, and saw what looked to be a young woman staring back at her, looking 16 years old or thereabouts.

Is this...me? Katie wondered as she looked in the mirror at the teenage girl who looked like her, with her hair cascading to her waist in a half ponytail, with the same vivid green eyes. She was wearing a Victorian outfit that showed her slender frame and her cleavage, and she didn't know what to think of it, other than the neckline was too much, in her opinion.

"Jillian!"

An unfamiliar feminine voice rang out from another room that looked like a pie shop, and she instantly felt herself move.

"Coming, Mrs. Lovett, Ma'am!" She answered back to the voice, and was surprised to learn that her voice was her own, but more mature, with a London accent.

She came in the room where this Mrs. Lovett was, and to her surprise, there were no customers. Mrs. Lovett was a slender woman in her forties with pale skin, long dark hair in two messy buns, and dark eyes. She wore dark colors and she always dressed with a plunging neckline that showed her cleavage.

"Would you mind getting some supplies for the shop, dearie? We've seemed to run out of crusting, not that anyone would drop by here." Mrs. Lovett asked.

"Yes, Ma'am. I'll shall soon be back before the dawn breaks." She found herself saying and going out into the unfamiliar city of London.

Meanwhile, Kristina, Katie's older twin sister was just coming into London on a boat with their friend Adam, And her caramel brown face and her dark brown eyes gaped at what she saw. She was quite literally on a ship. Fiery and boisterous, She loudly exclaimed that her clothes were too girly, same with her naturally curly dark brown African American hair to a young, tall and slender gentleman with light brown hair to his shoulders, and brown eyes.

"Kristina, please!" Adam came over and moaned in gentle exasperation. Adam was pale, slender and had red curly hair and blue eyes. "I beg your pardon, mister. Don't mind my friend, here."

"Not to worry, mate. She wasn't bothering me at all. What's your name, then, since I have your friend's?" The young man asked.

"I'm Adam." The young boy said, and was startled to hear that his voice was deeper than it usually was, and Kristina's was mature as well.

"It's very nice to meet you both. My name is Hope, Anthony Hope." The young man said.

"Nice to meet you too, sir." Adam said.

"Why are we using our full—oh, I see. We're in another century, right?" Kristina took her friend aside, and her twin sense kicked in. Katie was definitely near.

Adam nodded, and then they both came back to Anthony.

"Where do you suppose we're going?" Kristina asked.

I have sailed the world
beheld its wonders
from the Dardanelles,
to the mountains of Peru,
But there's no place like London! Anthony sang happily.

"Ohhh!" Kristina marveled at the beautiful buildings with Adam until a bitter and droll voice sang from behind them. Startled, the two friends whipped their heads around fast.
