Littles can easily get overwhelmed with things. Here's the right way to ask a little, who's very sensitive.
The right ways are underlined.

"What do you want to play?"
"Do you want to play this or that?"

The difference is: you don't give them a lot of choices to choose from to not overwhelm them.

"What do you want to eat?"
"Do you want to eat (food name)"

Often with questions like that, they don't know what to choose. Like they are millions and millions of possibilities. How could they choose? And sometimes start to overthink and they don't want to choose the wrong option, even though there is none.

Never yell at them! That can really scare them.

Oversensitive littles cry very easily, so be very careful with your words and actions.

Praise them a lot.

It's often combined with depression, anxiety, etc.

It's not a easy task, so it's better if you're experienced or know a lot as a caregiver.

For example, I literally cry when someone asks me many questions or when I color something and I feel like it's ugly. The list goes on.

Then are times where I just feel sad, because of my depression and I just need to be taken care of😤
