Little space

Caregivers/caretakers are people, who take care of littles. (Obviously)

Not every little wants or needs a caregiver. A lot people think littles have to have a caregiver, but that's not true.

For me, of course it's easier when someone talks with me when I'm in little space, but I can take care of myself just fine.
(Well, mostly)

As a caregiver it's important to let the little get comfortable with you. They won't be calling you daddy/mommy/etc. as soon as they talk to you lol. They eventually start calling you nicknames or whatever when they are comfortable with you.

Some people are more social when in little space or the other way around.

For example, I literally talk to everyone in little space. (It's not really a good thing) but when I'm in big space then I get really awkward around people.

The most important thing: don't force the little into something they don't want. Talk with them in big space about important things like rules/punishments/etc. Some people even have a safe word.

Don't lie to a little about certain things. I had someone, who lied about having so much experience, knowing how to take care of anxiety, etc. And then when I had a panic attack in little space (which makes it ten times worse), he literally just made it worse🙃

Caregiver doesn't equal bf/gf.

It can be totally platonic and it really works.

As well as you can be in a relationship with them.
