"Are you sure your not imagining things Gobber?" Hiccup asked as he sat down in a stool.
"I'm not imginin' things lad, they're here, take a look outside." Gobber replied pointing to the window.
Hiccup and Astrid looked out the window and they gasped.
"I-I can't believe it..." Astrid said astonished.
"They've actually returned." Hiccup replied.
Hiccup and Astrid opened the front door and walked outside, where a deadly nadder jamp ontop of Astrid.
Zephyr and Nuffink walked outside and they hid behind Hiccup.
The Deadly Nadder started licking Astrid.
"Stormfly!! There's my girl, I've missed you so much." Astrid said as she hugged her old friend.
"Thats Stormfly?" Zephyr asked.
Astrid nodded.
"Come and meet her, she won't hurt you, just hold your hand out straight, Like this." Astrid said holding her hand out, Stormfly pressed her nose against Astrids hand. Zephyr help her hand out, still being a little cautious, she closed her eyes and then she suddenly felt the dragons nose against her palm. Zephyr opened her eyes and smiled at Stormfly.
"Hi Stormfly, my name is Zephyr. And that's my little brother Nuffink." Zephyr said pointing to her brother who was still hiding befind Hiccup. "Come and say hi Nuffink, she's friendly." Zephyr encouraged him, Nuffink looked up at his father and Hiccup nodded his head towards Stormfly and Nuffink slowly walked towards the dragon.
"Hi..." He said shyly, Stormfly chittered in response, which startled Nuffink, he ran over to him mom and gave her a hug.
Astrid chuckled and picked Nuffink up. "It's okay sweetheart, she's not going to hurt you." Said Astrid as she lifted him up to face Stormfly.
"Put your hand out." Said Zephyr.
Nuffink closed his eyes as tight as he could and he put his hand out, after a few seconds Stormfly placed her nose against Nuffink hand, he opened his eyes and giggled.
"What's that?" Zephyr asked her dad pointing to five little black dots in the distance.
"That it my oldest friend, and his family!!" Hiccup said happily before shouting at the top of his lungs.
"Toothless!!!"
The dragon heard him and he landed right on top of Hiccup.
"Oof!! Yea, I'm happy to see you too bud... But your crushing my body." Hiccup laughed.
He looked to his side and saw the light fury and the three little dragons.
"It's great to see you again too Luna." Hiccup said holding his hand out for Luna to sniff. Which she did, and then she placed her hand against his hand.
"And who do we have here?" Astrid said gesturing to the three little dragonlings next to Luna. Dart was the first to go over and check Astrid out, she climbed up onto Astrids lap and curled into a ball.
Astrid chuckled. "Long flight huh?" She said to Luna, Luna let out a friendly growl.
"Wow... Mom, dad, this dragon is beautiful." Zephyr said as she walked up to Luna, she held her hand out for the dragon, and Luna instantly pressed her nose against Zephyrs hand. Zephyr giggled and gave Luna a hug, Luna purred happily in response.
Nuffink was still unsure, but he was slowly coming out of his shell and playing with one of the night light dragonlings.
"Can we name the baby dragons, please?" Zephyr asked.
"Sure why not, everyone needs a name." Hiccup replied, Zephyr clapped her hands happily and she turned to the baby dragons.
"Hmm..." she wondered, and suddenly one of the baby dragons ran into her leg trying to play.
Zephyr laughed and picked the baby dragon up.
"Your quite a fast runner, but you play a little too roughly... Wait, that's it, I know what to name you... Ruffrunner!!" she said as she put the baby dragon down.
"Ahh!!" Nuffink yelled as one of the other baby dragons pounced onto his stomach, Zephyr giggled.
"I think we know what to call you... Pouncer. And now for the last one." she said looking around, she couldn't see the little dragon anywhere, then suddenly she hear a whooshing sound from behind her, but she couldn't see anything, she heard the whooshing sound again and turned around again, but there was still nothing.
'Weird...' She thought.
Suddenly she hear Luna softly growl behind her, Zephyr turned around and saw that Luna had managed to catch her daughter. Zephyr smiled and bent down to stroke the dragonling.
"You sure do like to dart around, don't you?" She asked "I know what your name will be... Your name is Dart." she said proudly.
Astrid and Hiccup watched Zephyr and Nuffink play with the dragons.
"I think the kids like the dragons." Astrid said sarcastically, as it was obvious that they loved the dragons.
Hiccuo chuckled "Yep, seems they've really taken a liking to the dragons." Hiccup agreed, then he turned to Toothless.
"Wanna go out for a ride, Bud?" He asked his dragon friend, who gurgled happily at the question.
Astrid stayed with the kids and the other dragons to keep an eye on them, whilst Hiccup and Toothless made there way to the house, Hiccup dissapreared inside and returned with Toothless's old saddle.
