"Okay bud, let's get this saddle on you." Hiccup said as he walked out the door with Toothless's old saddle, Toothless started jumping around, he seemed excited about this.
"I must say, it is so good to see you again bud, I've missed you over the years." Hiccup said as he put the saddle over Toothless's back. Hiccup tightened the belt and made sure everything was ready.
"Okay Toothless, that's everything." Said Hiccup as he climbed onto the saddle, suddenly he heard a small cooing sound from below him, it was Dart.
"Hey there Dart, you wanna come with me and your dad?" Hiccup asked. The little dragon let out a happy little roar, as if she was saying 'yes'. Hiccup chuckled, they were about to leave when Zephyr ran towards them.
"Zephyr? What's wrong?" Hiccup asked.
"Nothing, me and Dart want to come with you and Toothless. If that's okay?" She said.
"Does your mother know?" He asked her.
"Yea, I asked her if I could come along, and she said that I could if I cough up to you and if you say it's okay." Zephyr said.
"What do you think Toothless? Is Dart and Zephyr aloud to join us?" Hiccup said looking at his dragon pal.
Toothless nodded.
"Dad, can I ride Dart?" Zephyr asked.
"Sure honey, just be careful, Dart hasn't been trained to carry people on her back, but maybe we could train her and her brothers, and maybe even Luna." Hiccup wondered aloud.
"Okay!!" Zephyr instantly said as she slowly climbed onto Darts back.
Dart stood there, patiently waiting for Zephyr to get into position.
"Lets go!" Zephyr shouted when she got comfortable.
"You'll need some rope to tie around your waist and Dart, just incase you fall." Hiccup said as he tossed some rope over to Zephyr.
"Good idea dad." She said, she caught the rope and tied it round her waist and round Dart.
"Okay, now we can go." Hiccup said.
With that Toothless took off, with Dart following close behind.
"I love you Dart." Hiccup heard Zephyr say to Dart.
"You really like Dart don't you?" He asked.
"Yea, she's lovely, and sweet, and she's a really pretty dragon. Dad, can I keep her, please?" She asked with her hands clasped together and doing her puppy dog eyes.
"Well, that depends on if the dragons are staying here permanently, or if its just a visit." Hiccup said to his pleading daughter.
"Aww... But I really want them to stay, dragons are amazing." She said with a huge smile on her face.
Back at the village, all the villagers were spending some quality time with their old dragon friends, it seemed like everyone had missed their dragons very much. Lots of the villagers were getting all their old dragon saddles out and going for a ride. Whilst Gobber, Astrid and Niffjnk were kind of babysitting the other two dragonlings. It seemed like Nuffink had become very attached to Pouncer, and one of Nuffink friends had come over and he had seemed to have made a lovely bond with Ruffrunner.
Stormfly was taking a nap after the long journey back to Berk, and Astrid was laying against her stroking her.
"I've missed you girl." She's said.
Stormfly purred in response and she curled her tail round Astrid, identifying that she missed her aswell.
About an hour had passed, Zephyr and Hiccup returned with Toothless and Dart. Zephyr was skipping back to the house with a smile on her face.
"You seem happy Zephyr." Astrid said as she seen Zephyr and Hiccup coming back.
"Yea, riding Dart was awesome!" She said sitting on the grass, Dart laying down next to her.
Suddenly Toothless and Luna shot up and started looking around alerted by something.
Luna growled lowly to Dart, Pouncer and Ruffrunner to getbahind her.
"What's wrong, bud?" Hiccup said, noticing the alert in Toothless's face.
Toothless growled at something in the bushes next to the house. Stormfly stood up and started growling aswell.
"Stormfly? What is it girl?" She said.
Suddenly, someone came out the bushes with a sword in his hands.
"I'll be taking the night furn, light fury and their dragonlings, and I have no hesitation to hurting anyone who gets in my way." Said the mysterious man.
