"Hey, you dropped this,"

BamBam turned around to see a boy who looked to be the same age as him, holding out a 5-dollar bill. His hair was black, and he wore a loose t-shirt with ripped jeans. He smiled as Bam turned to face him.

"Oh, thanks," he said, taking it. He must have dropped it while exiting the café.

"No problem,"

They started walking in the same direction towards the university.

"You go here?" the boy asked.

"Yeah," Bam replied.

"Me too. I haven't seen you around though? My name's Mark," he told him, smiling the smile that BamBam would come to love.

"I'm BamBam,"

BamBam.

BamBam.

"Wake up, dickhead!"

He opened his eyes just as a pillow was thrown at his face. He sat up on the empty bed, Mark already dressed on the other side of the room. "Who're you calling dickhead, dickhead?" he replied sleepily, getting up. "And is that my shirt?"

"I didn't bring any clothes," came the reply. "Does it look weird?"

BamBam looked at Mark properly. He was wearing a long-sleeved sweater, and he looked really nice. "No," Bam replied, looking away and trying to act like he didn't really care.

"It must look really nice then,"

"What do you mean?"

"You're all shyyy now," Mark replied, teasingly.

"I hate you,"

"Of course you do,"

They entered the lift together.

"Did you drive here?" BamBam asked.

"Nope, Jinyoung dropped me off,"

"Oh yeah, he waited for you right?"

Mark nodded.

BamBam remembered that Yugyeom had wanted to say something about it, and he wondered what it was. Deciding it wasn't important, he focused on talking to Mark.

***

"Hey, you free tonight?"

Yugyeom's question slightly surprised BamBam, and he looked up from his phone. The 7 of them had decided to have lunch at some restaurant close to the university and they were currently waiting for their food.

Mark sat opposite him and was talking to Jinyoung, so it looked like he hadn't heard Yugyeom.

"Uhm... yeah?" he replied.

"Do u wanna come with me to a party at my cousin's place?"

"Your cousin?"

"Yeah, I don't really want to go, but I figured I would if I went with you,"

He only wants to go to the party if I'm coming.

BamBam tried not to react too much to Yugyeom's sentence.

"Alone?"

Yugyeom hesitated for a moment. "I mean... yeah? Does he, uh, does he not let you?"

It was the way he said it. He made it sound like Mark was in charge of him, and BamBam didn't like that. He could go out with friends who were boys, right? Ignoring the fact that another reason he shouldn't go was the way he felt about Yugyeom, he agreed.
