It's the 28th so Summer and I are up early to catch our flight which leaves at 7am, so we have to be at the airport by 5am but that's fine. I made sure everything was turned off, everything is packed and we're ready to go. Summer is still extremely tired in the cab ride to the airport but that's her own fault because I told her to go to bed early but she stayed up until the early hours talking to Jakob. I tipped the cab driver before grabbed our stuff from the trunk and walked into JFK airport.

Check in, security and all that jazz took about an hour so I just got Summer some breakfast then we sat at the gates just waiting for our boarding to be called. Summer was sleeping on my shoulder and I was just reading a magazine.

"Are you Valentine Taylor?" A young girl approached me as I was still waiting.

"Yes, I am, sweetie." I smiled, she couldn't be more than about 7 years old.

"I saw your show, Swan Lake in New York." She smiled, "I want to be like you when I'm older, I want to be a ballerina."

"You'll be a ballerina if you stick to it sweetie, work really hard and then you'll be on the stage." The little girl gave me a hug before running off back to her mom who sat not to far away. How cute was that, I didn't think ballet was appealing to younger people but it seemed like it was getting a little bit more popular which is so good because it's beautiful to watch.

"Delta Flight 411 to Dublin, Ireland is now boarding rows A-G." The announcer called out.

"Summer, time to get up!" I nudged her a little.

"What?" She said all disorientated.

"Come on, they're boarding our rows." I helped her up then I gave her, her passport and boarding pass then we got in line. It wasn't long until we were waking done the tunnel to the airplane, I was pulling our little pull along case while Summer carried the backpack.

We got our seats and they were pretty good, the were the ones right at the front of the row with nobody is in-front of you which means you get the good leg room and the tv is on the wall. I put the case up in the hold and Summer sat at the seat at the window and I sat in the middle because I'm guessing somebody is going to sit next to us. Summer put her seat-belt on then she grabbed a pillow and blanket out the bag and got comfy against the wall of the plane and then she went straight to sleep. I decided to take a picture of her sleeping and put it on Instagram with the caption 'Ireland bound with the Sleepy Dwarf'.

Summer woke up for the food coming round, which she happily ate it with a massive smile. I'm guessing all that sleep did her good because she's in such a better mood than she was in when I woke her up this morning. We were lucky because nobody took the seat next to me so we were able to stretch across the 3 seat. "You know, I actually quite like plane food." She mumbled eating her breakfast.

"Yeah, I guessed that." I laughed, taking a sip of my orange juice.

"Can I get some Pringles?" Summer asked a while after breakfast. We'd just finished watching Let's Be Cops and it was so funny, we laughed our heads off the whole movie.

"Sure." She rang the assistance button and when the air-host came by, I bought a couple of tubs of Pringles for us to snack on for the last 2 hours of the flight.

"I really like Pringles, we need to start buying them more when we go grocery shopping," she said shoving Pringles in her mouth as I picked another movie to watch.

The flight actually has went in quite quick because once we watch one more movie then it's time to land in Dublin. I just realized that this is the first time I'm going to the Europe and it's the first time Summer is going to the Europe, I've actually been looking forward to going to the Europe since I was a kid but I always wanted to go to Italy first.
