*Luna's perspective, in her chambers, Gwaine, Jania, her warriors and the Queen and Princess are also present*

I knew that there was no time to lose although I had just regained consciousness. I did want some time off, some extra recovery time, but so far no one really gave me that opportunity except for the small laugh and vulnerable moment with Gwaine. Plus, I never thought or dreamt that I would ever see him cry... That was a true surprise. Nevertheless it felt nice in one way or another, it showed me that some men can show some vulnerability. Some men do show emotions. These days, you don't get to see that often...

On the other hand, I could tell by the atmosphere of the room that we were bound to discuss some serious matters. And to have the Queen and Princess of Ragdos in my presence, it would be idiotic to not note it.

-Alright, I'm ready, your Majesty.

-What?! No! Luna you barely got up yet!

-It's alright, Gwaine...

-The proper way to address Lord Gwaine for you, Luna, would be Your Highness.

-And the way I have asked her to address me, Lady Caroline, is by name.

Gwaine glared back at her and Caroline was a little surprised. I got a little confused by Caroline's words. That was until I remembered her attempts at trying to please Gwaine, trying to approach him in a more-than-friendly manner. Then I just got annoyed. Caroline looked at me with annoyance too, looking at me as if I was a nuisance. At that moment, we both made it clear that we disliked each other.

-Please stop your childish bickering. We have greater things at hand.

-Yes, Mother... I apologise.

-Now then, Luna of Nightenghale, we need to talk. As you know you have unlocked your powers. And I also hope that you realise that these powers are ultimately linked to your bloodline, to your ancestry. Correct?

-Correct, my Queen...

-Then you already know what I am bound to ask you.

-As an Angelic Devil, I need to make a choice. I need to choose whether I walk the path of an Angel or the one of a Devil...

-Precisely. Now, from what I've heard, your magical creation was due to a provoked wrath. Wrath is one of the Seven Deadly Sins, you have shown qualities of a Devil rather than an Angel.

-... And from the tales of old, the Devil brings despair and chaos. So to win this battle and for the safety of all the Kingdoms, I need to walk the path of an Angel...

-Once again, you are correct. If you turn to the wrong path, then there will be no other choice--

-But to kill me. I understand.

Everyone stood in shock, except for the Queen and me. I could tell that Gwaine was ready to object and contradict her words so I discreetly motioned him not to.

After that discussion, all of them left except for Gwaine. He started to talk to me frantically, trying to tell me to not listen to the Queen, that I could not just get killed off because I was unable to control my emotions or powers that were turning to the devilish side of my nature. It was an accident. He was right, I understood that I would technically need to die for it but I never said that I would let them kill me off with ease. I escaped death on multiple occasions, so there was no way that I was just going to let death finally get to me. It would be pathetic. I made those facts clear to him.

I tried to remember my past and the tales I had gathered over multiple years and in these past couple of weeks with Gwaine. And I recalled that none of them said that the Angelic Devils had to choose between being either Angel or Devil. The point of an Angelic Devil was having both sides, almost equally parted. So I did not understand why I was asked to choose sides when it should not have been required.

I kept on thinking and asked Gwaine his thoughts on my logic. After putting more thought into it, he also found it bizarre. Angel or Devil? That was the question that had been asked. The question seemed to have only two possible outcomes. But the answer I had in mind, was neither. I chose to answer with both. I would be both Angel and Devil. Saphire had asked me the same question but she did it with a small hint, she smirked a little as if she knew the answer beforehand. It was late, and although I had only just woken up, I was tired once more. Gwaine looked a little more energised.

He was on his way to leave. I don't know what overcame me at that moment, but I had a small burn inside, a little nudging feeling, a little voice telling me something while my mind refused it with all its might. The next thing that I saw was me reaching for Gwaine as he slowly walked off to go to his chambers. To my surprise, I managed to catch a small amount of his cloak with my left hand, making me hang off the bed a little, then I got a little confused by what I had just done. He turned back, asking if I was alright. I technically was, but something just flamed inside, I recognised that feeling, it was the same from when we were at the camps and I saw him discussing with Lady Caroline. It wasn't jealousy though, there was nothing to be jealous about for him going to sleep. Unconsciously, I lowered my head slightly to avoid his gaze. Then:

-Hey, Gwaine..?

-Hm?

-Could you... Stay a little longer..?
