Soon its evening, Durga and Nandhini prepare dinner. Ratan comes home. Chandra and Shylok return home. All had dinner.

Chandra in room, working in laptop, news channel running in TV. Nandhini comes to the room after all the work is done.

Seeing him sitting on bed, she hesitates to sit and keeps standing.
When she makes up her mind and about sit, Chandra see her.

She feels little awkward and smiles.
Chandra: umm.. you can use that side of the bed, I take this side.
Is it OK?

Nandhini: hmm...

Again he starts to work. Nandhini gets up and changes to night dress.

She comes and lies on the bed covering fully with bedsheet. He was so concentrated, he didn't even take his eyes off from the laptop. He was constantly listening to the news.

Nandhini gets little irritated and bored.
Nandhini: (mind voice: aiyoo! Why this man is keeping news and that too at night? Who watches these things! Chaa! I would have watched something better than this! Now how I will ask him!?😑😖

She imitates the news reader, he didn't even pay heed to it.

Nandhini: What to do?! All fate! Let me sleep!
She covers the bedsheet above her head.

Shylok is lieing on bed. He is into a deep thought. Durga comes in. Looks at him being serious.

Durga jumps on the bed. Shylok gets shocked.

Shylok: hey!
She gets close to him and smiles innocently.

Shylok: why are you acting so weird?

Durga: what? You don't know the meaning of romance!

Shylok: (smiles) jumping on the bed is romance ah? You would have broke it now!

Durga: so mean! Hello! I am weighing less than you! I came to lighten your mood and you are insulting me?!

Shylok: i am thinking about Chandra's marriage..... all happened before we could react...

Durga: hey! Now they are married la. They have to spend sometime together and accept each other. Its will take time.

Shylok: will this be successful? They didn't have interest in this and...

Durga: why are you being negative? Its been a day after their wedding! Lets see what happens. You don't stress in this. Nandhini is good natured girl as far as I know....

Shylok: yes.. as you said... let them take time.
She hugs him. He kisses on her forehead.

The day dawned brightly. Alarm beeps at 7 am. Nandhini offs it and wakes up. She turns the other side. Chandra is not there. He had left for jogging.

Nandhini: how he sleeps so late and wakes up so soon!?🧐

She wakes up get ready and goes to the Kitchen. Durga was making breakfast.

Durga: hey! Good morning! Did you sleep well?

Nandhini: yes akka. You started to cook so soon?

Durga: yea! I have to make breakfast and lunch morning itself da.

Nandhini: i will also help akka! What to do?

Durga: umm.. i am making Chappati and vegetable sabzi... you make the dough and make chappati da. Rice and dal is getting ready in cooker.
