Shylok: Prakash has sent legal notice to our office address. Julia informed.
Ratan: Damm it!
Chandra: We need to leave office right now.
Shylok: Yea da.
Ratan: How long he thinks to fool us?
Chandra: Hmmm..... Tomorrow shall be the end of this!
Shylok: Guys! We have to call him here... he should come all the way from Mangalore.
Chandra: We will call him on the way to office. Lets go.
Chandra and Shylok get into Durga's room to inform their plight. Hearing that they get tensed.
Durga: What is he thinking of himself? He did all the ugly deeds and framing us.
Diya: Such a shameless man!
Lathika: Haan! How dare he place a case against you? Cheaply behind money...
Ratan: His greediness knew no bounds.
Durga: We will accompany you both.
Shylok: No Durga. I and Chandra will look after.
Nandhini feels stressed as she gets flashes of her dream in the car and gets nervous.
Nandhini: Why you need to go to office at late hour? I-I don't feel right....
Chandra: Nandhini, we need to know details in the notice. So that we can proceed what to do next.
Nandhini stood unconvinced.
Shylok: Understand da! You know urgent and very important. We will come soon.
They leave.

Reaching office, they referred to legal notice. Chandra's phone beeps. He looks at Nandhini's message in notification.

A pleasant wide smile emerged on his frown face. He immediately called her and spoke.
Meanwhile, Shylok called Natraj and asked him to come to Bangalore early by morning. Chandra and Shylok decide upon a plan.

The next day, Chandra and Shylok straightly get to the Prakash office. Prakash comes out and spots them. He grins and walks towards them.
Prakash: Dears! You both are here?! I hope you read the notice which mentioned today is the court hearing. You are at the wrong place.
Chandra: Actually, we are in the right place.
Shylok: And we need to discuss something with you.
Prakash: Is it about the payment or selling off your enterprise to my name? He smirked.
Chandra: That's even more important than this.
Prakash: Ohh... then don't waste my time and say.
Chandra: For that you need to come with us.
Prakash: Where?
Shylok: We have owe you a huge payment. Can't you just trust and come with us?
Having a deep thought, Prakash agrees to go with them.
