6. The Plan

Lizzy was singing and then she wrote something in her diary. She was making new text this morning and she was thinking about Lucas. She didn't saw him from the night she was in his room. She can't stop thinking about him and there were always some words popping into her head just like that so she wrote them down and she has a whole song. 

Amanda was still fighting with Karma and Amanda wasn't in the room now. Lizzy was all alone. And how she was thinking, Amanda was probably jelaous of this new boy Ad. Lizzy thought that Amanda likes Karma. Too much.

But Lizzy wasn't involving into this fight. She didn't want to be enemy with neither of them. She instead spent her time alone and making music. And thinking about Lucas.

"Hey, princess!" Lucas were walking down the hallway and he saw Lizzy and had called for her. Lizzy turned around and she smiled when she saw him. But then she realized it's stupid to be happy just for seeing him so she stopped smiling.

"How are you?" He came to her and he was smiling and he seemed like he wants to do something fun and stupid.

"Well." Lizzy said and then she looked at him closely. "What's up?" 

"Come with me." he took her hand and he was taking her outside.

When they were on the backyard, Lizzy saw some other guys standing there and smoking. It was a little dangerous because anybody could saw them. 

"There are my friends. Let's meet them. Then I will tell you something." Lucas whispered in her ear and she got shiver. When they got to the squad of boys, one of them offered a cigarette to Lizzy and she took it. She was dependent on cigarettes.

"Guys, this is Elizabeth. Elizabeth, let's meet my friends.." he said again, but out loud. ".. this is Adalberto, shortly Ad, this is Will and there are Alex and Jayden." They all just wave at Lizzy and she was checking them. She knew Ad from Karma's talking, but she wasn't exaggerating. He was really handsome and the way he smiled at Lizzy made her breath take away. But he was nothing compared to Lucas. Then she checked guy named Will. She knew him too, it was the blond guy she met the first day in here. He now looked like he was stoned. Then she looked at Alex and Jayden. They were twins and they had red hair. Not ruddy. Red. Like a blood. They looked exactly the same and they've just nodded at Lizzy.

"Guys.. I want her in our plan." he said simply and Lizzy was curious.

"No way, how many people do you want in this? Your whole harem?" Will said and he looked a little upset. Well, Lizzy couldn't say that for sure, because he was high. 

"I don't have harem, Will. You have." Lucas said and smiled at him like nothing was happening. 

"She's smart and she will help us. She can do it." Lucas looked at Lizzy and held her hand.

"Wait, what are you talking about?" Lizzy said and she has a feeling that she is a total dumbass.

"He didn't tell you? He keeps secrets, I can tell you that, Eli." Jayden said and he laughed with his brother. 

"Well you can tell me now what you're up to." Lizzy said a little offended. But it passed quickly.

"You must promise that you won't tell anyone. No one! Do you understand?" Ad said and Lizzy nodded.

"I promise. Now tell me."

"Okay. So it's about our escape from this shit hole." Alex said and Lizzy stayed surprised.

"That's not possible." she said and then she turned at Lucas. "You know that right?" she smiled and when she saw that no one is laughing, she realized they are serious.

"It is. We were searching for any way to get out from here. It can't be through the walls around this place. We tried to search for some tree or something to climb over the wall, but it's impossible because of that wire on the top. This is truly like a prison." Lucas said.

"Then we tried many other possibilities, but it was hard. But then- we saw a truck, which is giving this place a supplies every month. This truck is coming from the gate on the back of this land." Will continued.

"We were studying this truck a lot. The truck is locked and the key has Mother Krista and the other man who is giving the supplies." Ad smiled. "There are just two keys."

"And what about that truck?" Lizzy asked.

"Well, if we could steal that key from Mother Krista, we could copy the key and secretly jump at that truck when it will leave from this land. It's the only thing coming in and out. So we would be free. Get it?" Alex finished this plan and Lizzy was thinking. It wasn't so bad. But it has so many mistakes, so many things that could gone wrong. 

"And we need you to steal that key." Lucas said. "Mother Krista is suspecting us, because we already tried to steal that key, but she caught Jayden and he was in the solitary for one week." Lucas said and then they looked at Jayden. He nodded and they could see the pain in his face.

"It wasn't pretty." Jayden said and Lizzy trusted him. She couldn't even imagine what things were happening there. 

"Okay so.. you want me to steal that key, right?" she asked.

"Yeah. Steal that key." Lucas said and smiled at her.

Lizzy was whole weekend trying to figure out how she could steal the key. Boys had told her that the key is probably in Mother Krista's drawer in her office. Lizzy didn't think that it would be so easy. She didn't want to go to solitary, but she really wanted to escape. She was tired from this place, school and she was tired from Amanda and Karma fighting. She needed freedom.

On monday, when she came to the lunch, she sat with the boys. She wasn't sitting with Amanda or Karma because they were unbearable together. 

"Something new?" Will asked me when I had sat down.

"I will go there tomorrow. I won't go to the class, I'll be just standing outside, the teacher will catch me and I'll go to Mother Krista's office. I will steal the key and we will go out of here." Lizzy said and everyone was looking at her and smiling.

"Right." Ad said and then Karma sat with us.

"Hi boys, Lizzy." she said but she didn't even look at Lizzy.

"You know eachother?" Lizzy asked and Ad nodded and the rest of the boys too.

"Yeah. And by the way, nice of you that you have checked your friends." she said sarcastically and then she turned to Ad and smiled at him. They were just looking at eachother and smiling romantically.

"Yeah, they do this all the time." Lucas whispered into her ear to explain and she got shivers. 

"Students! Attention!" Mother Krista stood up and she interrupted everybody's lunch. "Today will be visits! Your families will visit you and I hope that everybody will be nice." she said and that was all. She sat down and says nothing more.

Lizzy was sad. How could she forget? Visits. She knew that no one from her family will visit her. But she still had that tiny hope in her chest.
