Chapter 27

Sofia's POV
"H-Hugo.... What are you saying?"

"What do you mean what I'm saying?" Hugo said in confusion. "I've been dating Khole for months now"

I stood there frozen, with a sharp pain in my heart as if its ripping it apart.

"Umm, Sofia ?" Hugo said. "Can you leave? We wanna spend some alone time"

I didn't say a word and just left his room. As I went down stairs, Axel was standing there talking to one of the servants.

"You may go now" he said to the servant as the servant nodded and left.

"Did something happen?" he asked.

I just look at him and then look away.

"Khole did something right?"

"No... Its just it didn't seem like him at all" I said.

"Come on let's go find my father" he said "Maybe he can help"

I nodded and we went to King Garrick 's office.

"Dad" Axel said as he knock on the door.

"Come in Axel"

Axel turn the nob and we went in.

"Sofia? Aren't you with Hugo right now?" King Garrick said as he put down he's paper works.

"Yes I was with him just now but....."

"Take a seat Sofia" King Garrick said as he walk towards me. "Tell me what happen?"

"Well...... Well.... Well...." I just couldn't say anything that happen just now. I was in deep pain and hurt by he's action.

"It's ok Sofia" King Garrick said "You can tell me whenever your ready"

I just slowly nodded.

"Dad, I've told you it must be that Khole girl" Axel said

"Now, Axel. We can't just judge someone when we don't have any proof" King Garrick said.

"Hugo said Khole is he's girlfriend" I said as it just randomly came out of my mouth

"What?!" Both of them said in a shock expression.

"Is he insane?!" Axel said it aghastly. "There's must be some kind of magic inside him". "As Hugo's brother I know him well, he never likes Khole!"

"Axe-" King Garrick said until it was interrupted by a knock.

"Dad may I come in?" the voice said from the outside.

"Sure" King Garrick said as Hugo walk in with Khole.

"Hello Princess Sofia, Prince Axel" Khole said innocent tone and with a smile. While Axel gave her an eye roll.

"What is it Hugo?" King Garrick asked.

"Khole told me that I'm betrothed to Sofia?" Hugo said as he look at me.

"Yes you are Hugo" Axel said in a bit of frustration.

"But I don't want to marry Sofia" Hugo said as he hold Khole hand.

"What are you talking about champ?"

"Sofia is my best friend, and I love Khole. Don't you guys knew that?" he said as he look at the three of us. "Umm I've been dating her for a few months now"

"No you nev-" Axel said as I stop him.

"Anyways dad, I don't want to marry Sofia" he said as he laid his eyes on Khole "I want to marry Khole"

My eyes started watering and I just dashed out of the room and ran to the entrance.

"Princess Sofia! Where are you going?" Louise called

I walk towards him and said "Please lend me a horse, I need to go. Please"

"Yes, princess" Louise replied as he turned around and walk to the stable.

Not long after Louise came with a white horse.

"Here you go princess Sofia" Louise said as he handed me the horse.

"Thank you" I weakly smiled at him and left Colston immediately.

Enchancia
As I landed in Enchancia, I set the horse in the stable. I went inside the castle seeing Amber and James talking in the throne room.

"Ugh Amber stop saying that!" James denied.

"Maybe your dream will come true!" Amber said.

As they were talking I walk in the throne room.

"Sofia you're back!" The twins said at the same time

"So how did it go?" James said.

"......"

"Sofia, something happen? " Amber said "You can tell us"

I really can't keep the pain no more somehow I have to say it. I eventually told them the whole situations, every single thing of it.

"I agree with Axel!" James said "This must be some kind of magic"

"But if is some kind of magic.... How can we break it?" I said sadly.

"How about going to Mr. Cedric?" Amber suggested . "He could help Hugo"

"Right! He could help Hugo" James said cheerfully.

Right Mr Cedric could help.

"Alright, I 'll go to his tower tomorrow" I said. "I' m gonna go to my room"

"Sofia wait!" Amber said.

"Where's your smile??" James said "Turn your frowned upside down" he laugh.

I really don't know what to do without them. I smiled at them and went off.

(A/N:I know that this chapter is shorter than the others but I'll update tomorrow same time. And also I'll make a special chapter [if you guys want] that's about you guys giving Khole what she deserves. I saw this suggestion in the comment section, so why not?
