Sofia's POV
As Miles pulled me away from the crowds, my friends were behind following as well
"Miles you can let go now" I said with hurt feelings in my heart
Miles then look at me and he let my hand go.
"Sofia, I'm sorry" Miles apologies
"Why are you saying sorry?" I questioned
"If it's about the talk we had under the tree it's fi-" i paused once Miles interrupted
"No it's not about that" he said
"It's about Hugo"
"What do you mean?" I look at him "Why are sorry for Hugo?"
"Sofia please listen" he said
"I should have told you sonner"
"Hugo is actually under a strong love spell"
"Well Khole seek help from the most powerful sorcerer around the Kingdoms"
"And this spell can be broken by one thing"
"But I'm sorry that I can't help you with this"
"I don't really know how to break it"
"All I know that it's love"
"Love?" Hildegard questioned "But Sofia just kiss him"
"Isn't that enough?" Hildegard said while looking at Miles
"Well.... I'm not so sure about it" he said as he's head lowered
"Only Khole knows the spell to break it, since she's the one who seek for the sorcerer"
Now it's even harder to break the spell... What am I gonna do?
"Well we can ask Mr Cedric for help still" Amber said as she placed a hand on my shoulder
I nodded slowly with a smile as a sign of agreement.
"Let's just go back home" Clio said
"Why do we always have to leave went something happen?" Amber asked
"I don't know? Maybe that's the easiest way?" Clio said as she shuruged
"You know what let's just stay for a while" Stella said
I nodded and then we started heading back inside
"Wait" I called out as they turn towards me
"You guys go ahead. I just wanna be alone" I gave them a smile
"Are you sure?" Cora asked "I can stay if you need some company"
"No it's fine"
"Just go inside and have some fun!" I laugh a little "I'll catch you guys later"
"Ok see you later Sofia, Stay safe" Amber reminded me
"Bye Sofia" Miles said with a smile and then he head inside as well
I then turn around and I slowly walk to a bench beside a lamp post. I took a seat while my eyes are focusing on the stars that are shining brightly above me
"It's just so beautiful..." I said softly
"Yea it is" a voice said as the person took a seat beside me
I was startled for a second until I saw who it is
"Hu-Hugo...." I said in a whisper
"W-what are you doing he-here..."
"And what are you doing here?" he asked
"Why can't I be here? Is there a sign saying that I can't be here?" I asked s my head turned to the opposite direction
"I'm here to look at the stars..." he said as I felt his eyes were looking at me
"To take a break from the crowds"
"That's nice" I said as I stood up
"Uh I have to go. Congratulations on your engagement with Khole"
I then started walking as fast as I could to just get away from him. I don't want to see anyone now and I don't really want to see him the most
"Sofia wait" Hugo called out as he grap my hands
"What is it?" I said without looking at him "Please say it quick"
"Sofia please I'm sorry"
Suddenly everything just stop.... My vision started to become blurry every times as I blink my eyes. My head started spinning around as my body becomes lighter every second it feels like I'm weightless. Suddenly everything just turns dark..
Hugo's POV
"Sofia?" I called
As I keep on continuing calling out her name there's no response from her. Sh*t she had fainted
I carried her on my back since Khole doesn't allow me to carry any other girls in bridal style, I just have to carry her on my back. When I mean any other girl not even my own baby cousin.
I went in to the ballroom with Sofia on my back
"Amber!" I called out to her sister who is at the buffet section
"Amber!" I called again
Amber then turn towards me with a shock facial expression
"What happen to her?!" Amber said as she touches Sofia's face
"Faster got to let her lay down somewhere" I said
"Let me carry her" Miles said as he walks forward
"Why should you?" I asked
"Well I see you have trouble carrying her on your back since she has a long dress" he said "Why not I'll just help you to carry her to our guest room"
"What -" I said as my eyes enlarge
"Hugo just pass Sofia to Miles" Vivian said
"Yea, your fiancée is waiting for you" Hildegard said as she fan her fan
I just stood there... Lost in thoughts...
Miles then grab Sofia from me and head out from the door. I then came back to reality and went after them
"Hugo-boo where are you going?!" Khole shouted from behind
"Khole I've got something important to do!" I said "I'll see you in school!"
"Ugh Hugo come back!"
I then ran out f the ballroom and catch up on Sofia and her friends
"What are you doing Hugo?" Two of her friends stop me
"I just wanna see her she's my friend" I said.
"After you what happen just now?Nah-uh" one of the girls said and I think her name is Coraline?
"Please she's my friend"
Then one of the girl whisper into Coraline ears while Coraline look at me
"Fine you come along just don't do anything Stupid" Coraline warned me
I just nodded and follow them into the castle
I hope she's ok.... She's my friend.... I'm ashamed for what I've done to her just now.... I know she likes me but.... I like Khole.... What now?....
