A Faint Light

Results!

Deku's POV

(Magical time skip about a few weeks later to the time of the results)

          This afternoon was especially hectic, since todays the day the results come. I've been impatiently waiting by the door, for any sign of the mailman. I just need to know. I want to be able to see Shinsou, and show Kachan and Tomura that'll get in. No, I want to show the whole world who I am. I'll be one of the first quirkless kids to get into U.A. I'll go beyond plus ultra.

*doorbell chimes*

Oh my goodness.!It's here, it's here. I rush up to the doorway, and swing open the door.

"For Izuku Midoriya?" the guy says.

"Yes, that's me, thank-you very much!" I say.

        I close the door quickly and lock it. And run to the kitchen.

"Mom, Mom, it's here, the letter it's here!!" I yell.

           She rushes over, as I tear open the letter. Out popped a little device with a video recording.

"I am here! It's me, All Might!" the video starts. ALL MIGHT!?

"Yes, yes, I'm proud to say that, you had one of the most perfect scores. You ranked 7th overall, AMAZING JOB! Congratulations on getting into the regular course! You've earned it!" The video recording ended.

          HOLY COW! I MADE, I MADE IT IN. OH MY GOODNESS, I GOT INTO U.A. I look over to see my mother crying tears of joy. This is AMAZING. I HAVE TO CALL TOMURA WITH THE GRAND NEWS! I DID IT! OH MY GOODNESS. I'M GOING TO U.A!!!!!!!

"Mom! I did it! Oh my goodness!" I say excitedly.

"Yes, honey! Holy my child is going to U.A! Oh my goodness!" she says.

            I called Tomura to tell him the good news. He went silent over the phone for a bit, and I could here a chick in the background laughing. Huh? Then he congratulated me, and I was happy, but he quickly hung up. Somethings up with him that's so strange. Oh well, I should press this on him at a later time. I'm not ready for confrontation yet. But what should I do? AHhH...wait, what will Kachan think? I'm not telling him whatsoever. This is so wack.
