"Oh no. No no no no! This can't be happening! Oh my gosh, where is it!" I yelled, panic forming in my voice. This couldn't be happening. Not now. Not ever.
"What!? What's wrong, are you okay?!" Colin yelled in concern looking at me as he drove back to my house.
"Nothing! Just leave me alone." I yelled jumping out of his car as soon as he pulled up to my driveway. I ran into the pouring rain and into my house. I needed to be alone, something bad was happening, very bad.
"Wait! Come back! Tell me what's wrong, we can talk it out, please!" Colin yelled from his car, opening the door to run after me.
"Leave me alone!" I yell with tears threatening to spill out. I ran up to my room and slammed the door with as much force as possible which rattled the picture frames that were hanging on my walls. There was a faint knock on my door.
"Please, can I come in? Talk to me please!" His voice muffled by the door.
"Whatever! Just come in. But don't try to talk to me!!!" I yelled, tears spilling out this time.
He slowly opened the door to find me laying face down on my door with my pillow over my head.
"Hey, please look at me, it's okay, whatever it is, we're going to figure it out together. I promise." He said gently, touching my shoulder, trying to comfort me.
"I told you not to talk to me!" I said, wimpering. I sat up slowly, looking him in the eye. It was to long to hide this from people. I needed to let it out.
"Your okay, I'm here for you." He said, hugging me tightly. His warm chest just reminded me of him too much and it made me cry harder.
"I'm... I'm sorry... for getting your T-shirt all... All wet." I apologized, trying to wipe the snot off of his sleeve, embarrassed.
"Hahaha it's okay bunny. It's for a friend." He chuckled, smiling at me in reassurance.
"Why'd you call me bunny?" I said, my old self coming back.
"It's my new nickname for you. Your not fat at all, just fragile." He said, smirking a little.
"I'm defiantly not fragile!" I said, frustrated, stomping my foot. He chuckled at my outburst.
"Now will you tell me why you were so upset? I promised I wouldn't tel anyone." Pleaded Colin, giving me puppy dog eyes. The tension in the room tightened.
"Fine. But I have never told anyone this. Not even Stephanie. I have no idea why I'm trusting you with my secret." I informed him, nervously biting my lip, it was a bad habit of mine.
"Okay, here it is." And I told him everything.
