Jacob's POV

"Can't believe, I've waited you for so long, but. It's worth it naman."  I glanced at her while she's drinking her favorite Starbucks coffee. 

"Yes, you should be thankful!" she said and laughed.  "Yeah! really I'm thankful dahil sinagot mo na ako. I can't believe it kaya, nagre-replay pa rin sa'kin yung day na sinagot mo ko." I genuinely said. Buti nalang Dad advices me na dalhin ko s'ya don at doon s'ya tanungin if she could be my girlfriend and it worked. Now, it's our first anniversarry. I can't believe it talaga, It's a dream come true to be with the person you dream for a long time. She's now part of my present and my future. 

"Kamusta pala si Ezequiel? hindi na bumalik yun ah, nakagraduate na tayo lahat-lahat wala s'yang paramdam." she said. I don't know where Ezequiel is, basta alam ko he moved from the states na with his girlfriend. We really lost connection, since nung umalis s'ya.

"Ako yung nandito pero iba naman hinahanap mo?" pagtatampo ko kunwari. Agad ko naman nakita ang alarmed sa mukha n'ya, hindi ko na napigilan na tumawa dahil sa mukha n'ya.

"Luh? kotongan kita? baliw ka ha!!" naiinis n'yang sabi. Ok alam ko naman na ako ang manunuyo after neto. "Hindi na love, sorry na. UwU. H'wag kana magalit." panunuyo ko sakanya. 

"Ewan ko sa'yo, Jacob." inikutan n'ya ako ng mata, ang cute n'ya kapag nagagalit s'ya. Okay here comes the cheat code. 

"You want some blueberry cheese cake?" I said using my "panunuyo tone" sa ilang years na namin magkasama, matratrade mo si Catherine for food. I find it cute nga ih even though palaging food ang gusto n'yang gift ko sakanya. She's a foodie girl and I can't wait for us to gain weight together. 

"Ayaw mo ba talaga? ako nalang oorder pa ng para sa akin." akmang tatayo na ako nang pinigilan n'ya ang braso ko. "Oo na." pilit pa nitong sabi. I pinched her cheeks na kinaaray n'ya, I just laughed and kissed the top of her head before I go to the counter and order her wish. 

After I ordered babalik na sana ako sa upuan namin, nang madatnan kong nakikipag-usap si Catherine sa isang lalaki. 

"Hey love, I'm back." gusto ko sanang iemphasize yung love pero magsosound akong jealous. 

"Hey Love." bati pabaik ni Cats. "Sana Ol po, lovers." Napalingon ako sa lalaking nakaupo sa harapan namiin ngayon, and he sounds familiar.

"Ezequiel?" 

"Surprise Motherfucker!" I got up and embrace him. god, I missed this man. 

"How?" I asked. "Your girlfriend here chatted me. She want us to be complete again, sorry ngayon lang ako bumalik, actually. Kakauwi ko nga lang kahapon." He explained. I looked at my love and she is genuinely happy seeing the three of us, completed again. 

"So, love naman pala ang tawagan. grabe I'm not informed ah, trio pero magjowa kayo." parehas kaming natawa ni Cats. 

"What about your girlfriend?" I asked.
 

Nagkatinginan si Cats at Ezequiel na pinagtaka ko. "He didn't know?" nagtataka akong tumingin kay Catherine. 

"He's gay, love." I was shocked and I can't even uttered a word. he really is? 

"Like for real?" I asked him and he nodded. "Congrats bro. You're now the truly you. I'm shocked to be honest. I'm speechless but still congrats bro." he thanked me. 

"I'm happy we're now complete again." Catherine said. I feel the sincerity sa voice n'ya and I know she's really happy.

"So, bestfriends turned to?" Ezequiel asked while looking at us. 

"Best friends turned into lovers." We both said. I kissed Catherine cheeks, finally after all the waiting she's finally mine and I'm finally hers, my dreams came true. I would never get tired of waiting and loving her. 

I can't believe our friendship turned into romantic love.
