Part 21: Heart String

Sarawat POV

I saw that his face was blushed, he touched his lips that I just pecked.

Suddenly, the door was opened. We saw at that side together. A nurse entered, then walked closer toward us. "Are you ready?", she asked Tine.

I saw that Tine was confusing, he saw at me.

"If you are ready, just come to the next room. We are waiting for you", she informed us.

"Thank you", I replied her on behalf of Tine.

She left us, that room becomes so quiet. I looked at Tine.

"Tine has to leave", I heard his soft voice.

I swear, it was the most innocent face that I have ever met on earth. Then, he passed by my side. For two or three steps.

"Tine......", I called for him.

He turned his face. I walked closer, then turned him to face me. "Are you scared?", I asked him.

He shook his head, but I knew that he was scared.

"Do you know what will happen in that room?", I asked him slowly.

He shook his head, but his eyes became watery.

I paused for a while, I need to find the way how to cheer my boy. I couldn't let him entered surgery room with that condition. So, I dragged him closer to me. I hold his waist with my hands. Our faces became really close.

"When you enter that room, you will find doctor and assistants"

He listened carefully to my voice.

"When you are ready, Anesthesiologist will give an injection. Are you scared of injection?"

"Nope", he replied me with his cute face.

Damn. He was totally cute.

If he was not at that condition, I will eat him.

"Okay", I patted his head. "Good boy"

"Then what?"

"You will be sleepy. Then, count from one until the highest number you can. Okay?"

He nodded.

"Then, Surgeon will work shortly. Everything will be okay. There will be no hurt anymore", I told him.

He nodded again. But, seems he was still confusing about another thing.

"Saraleo will wait here for you", I pointed my finger to my own face. "Then, when you open your eyes, this Saraleo will be the first one you will see. Understand?"

He nodded with small smile on his lips.

I hug him.

"I will wait in front of the door", I whispered to him. "If something happen, I will come to you as fast as wind. Okay?"

I felt he nodded. His chin touched my shoulder.

Then, I lose my hug.

"But, actually....", he paused. "If you are tired, you can go home", he told me but I saw tears on his eye side.

"Saraleo is strong", I caressed his cheeks with my thumbs. "So, don't worry about me"

Then, he decided to leave. He walked to the next door room. But, he turned his face for several time. I made a funny face. I hope he smiled.

He smiled, then waved his hands for me.

"Come on, Sarawat asshole.....", I encourage myself.

My heart was still hurt when I saw Tine. I abandoned him for several times while he was struggling for his health. Looking at his face, he must be scared for being alone in hospital.
