so here is why Kate is counted as a queen...

Kate sat on Henry's lap, only being 16. Henry whispered in Kate's ear that they would get married. As soon as Jane gave him an heir, He would marry her.

Kate looked up to the king. Just like her cousin Anne Boleyn and her older sister, She only wanted to flirt her way to the top. She cuddled up with Henry (in the back of her mind she was disgusted) and said:

"I'd love to be queen someday."

But she never was queen. Her older sister was queen before her, And she died from decapitation.

SO, As you can see, Kate is VERY jealous of Kathryn/Katherine
