Luke

I leaned against the door frame, watching Ellie struggle with her bags, I just smiled, she was freaking adorable and it didn't make any sense. "Will you help me?" She groaned, waving a pink bra in the air, making me chuckle under my breath. I pushed off and sat on the floor next to her, folding her messed up clothes. "Why do you only wear green and black?" I asked with a confused look. 

"You only wear red and black, don't judge me." She rolled her eyes playfully, waving a red top at my face, "see? I also wear red." I shook my head, smiling at myself. "Whatever you say, darling." She just kind of shrugged, folding her clothes silently. "Luke are you sure you're okay with this?" She asked for the billionth time tonight. "Yes." I said, nearly mumbling. "Luke?" 

"Yes?" I mentally sighed, knowing she'd ask me the same question again. "Are you sure you're sure about being sure?" I smacked my forehead, laughing out loud, "What's gotten into you?" I laughed, staring at her. "I don't know, but are you sure?" I rolled my eyes, "For the billionth time, yes!" She jumped a little, making me laugh out loud, "Okay." She giggled.

After we were done, she sighed in relief, falling on the floor, holding her stomach and staring at the ceiling. "Luke thank you so, so much." She closed her eyes, smiling slightly. "It's no big deal- I mean, I'm more than happy you agreed to stay here- Wait, no not because I wanna do more than- Wait that isn't-" She cut me off, "Shut up." She laughed opening her eyes and scooting closer to me. "I know you're happy, and so am I, so thank you." 

I blushed, and she did the same, obviously not knowing what to do with her cheeks, "No problem." I said, pulling her into a hug. I think I've only known her for three days, and she already messed with my brain like a rag doll, not in a bad way, in a very, very amazing way, and I absolutely loved it. It felt like I've known her forever, pretty cliche, I know, but I'm not that creative with my brain. 

"You make me happy." I mumbled, resting my chin on her head, which smelled like mangoes for some odd reason. "You too, Lucas, you too." I immediately let go of her, squinting as if I was about to blow her mind, "Don't call me Lucas.." She smirked, oh hell, please no.. "Lucas! Haha! Is that your full name?" She teased, batting her eyelashes at me. "No.." I groaned, I don't understand why everyone thought Luke was short for Lucas. 

"What's your full name? Eleanor?" I smirked back this time, she shook her head, "First of all, Eleanor is a lovely name, so I wouldn't mind, second, Eleanor isn't my name." Slay, fucking slay. I face palmed, she obviously realized and starting laughing. "Okay, bed time, chop chop!" She clapped her hands together, getting up and fixing her shirt. "What about dinner?" I whined, pointing at my stomach. 

She huffed, "Go eat something, I'm not hungry." 

"But-" She cut me off again, "No buts, go eat." I pouted, walking downstairs and into the kitchen, excuse me for my lack of words. I grabbed a banana and ran back upstairs, excuse me for my lack of words again. Ellie was already in her pyjamas, and she was brushing her teeth. I didn't say a word, I just admired her cuteness in the Hello Kitty pyjamas. "Stop staring at me.." She laughed, bubbles coming out of her mouth as she talked and brushed at the same time. I stared at her even more just to piss her off, soon she just groaned and walked in the bathroom, locking the door. 

I chuckled to myself, putting on sweatpants and not bothering to put any shirts on, I then grabbed my phone and plopped down on the bed, slowly finishing my banana. Just before Ellie came out, I got a text from Ashley, and it said: 

stop hanging out with that thing! i know you still like me, luke. ;) 

I rolled my eyes, switching my phone off and throwing the banana peel on the floor, yes, I'm like that. I smiled at Ellie, patting the bed, she smiled back, turning the lights off and plopping down next to me. I immediately wrapped my arms around her waist, she giggled slightly. 

"Lucas.." And she kept giggling.
