Visiting Kai often made him tell the truth that his 'lost memory' is fake, which made me disappointed. But I realized that it won't help him get out in jail, so I promised him that I'll figure it out how will he be free, of course he declined but I didn't listen to him.
"I told you, stop doing things" he said looking at me while I seat in front of him
"I'll stop only if you'll tell me who really stab my mom" yes. I've been investigating, still about moms case, I'm not giving up unless I know who's the culprit is
"So you now believe that I didn't do it to your mom?" He said crossing his hands on his chest
"Mom told me everything, Kai so tell me"
"Mom" he stated and straighten his sit, I turned around and saw mom with a small bag on her right hands
"Hi kids, I bought you lunch" she said sitting beside me
She let out a lunch box with rice and some fried chicken
"That looks so good" I said
"And it tastes good too" she said while chuckling
"But I'm sorry dear this is for Kai, I left yours at your office, I thought you did something"
"I'm just gonna go get it, I'll be back" I said leaving the two alone
I entered my office and took the pink lunchbox that was on my desk, I immediately went out and saw the general walking towards me
"I said-"
"I'm sorry if I'm disrespectful but, can you mind your own business? If you're planning to fire me because of this, go ahead, when in truth you needed me more than I'm needing you" I said walking pass him, not giving him a chance to speak.
I don't know why I am that bitch infront of him, but I have this feeling that he once did something that change my life, or other. I don't know if it's just me or..
I came back seeing my mom and Kai eating and chatting with a laughter in their faces.
"What did I miss?" I said sitting down
"Eat up, or it'll be cold" mom said as I pouted my lips
Moments have passed and we already finished our food, we talked for a bit and before I can notice the clock, Kai ask me a disturbing question
"How's the general doing?" He said looking into my eyes with his dark aura
"His fine, why'd you ask?"
"Nah, just asking"
"Anyways, Mom I've gotta go, I have some cases to handle" I said and got up
"Be safe honey" she said and I nodded
Walking along the halway going to my office I saw our general talking to our chief, I stopped and gave them a salute as they nodded and quickly fade infront of me. I entered our office and saw Irene having a serious eye contest with the computer. I quietly sat on my chair and laughed at her facial expression.
"Kai's transferring into another jail"
What she said made my smile fade away, made me mad at the same time
"You must be kidding" I said giving her a glare
She faced me with her poker face
"Chief and General walked passed here a while ago, I heard them talking about him transfering into another prison"
"Shit, did you hear where?"
"I don't know, as long as his away form you they said"
"Why am I involve?"
"They knew about you hiding him in your place, I guess" She said
I sighed

It's sucks being here in prison, what's the use of being here if Jennie already know that I fake it all, She visits me every day, if not then trice a week, which is something new to me. I guess she dosent hate me now, I guess it was change into pity.
"So when are you planning to arrest the general, officer Kim?" Taemin looked at me with his eyebrowse doing it's up's and down's
"Shut up, somebody's gonna hear us" I punched his chest
"Chill, so, yeah, when's the date?"
"I don't know yet" I said truthfully
"Not a problem, why? We lack evidence, they won't even believe you because you're here in prison" he said, which has a point
"I know, well I guess I'll just past it to somebody"
"Specifically?"
"Jennie."
With that I saw him smiling like an idiot
"What?" I ask
"I smell 'getting back together' aye" he said
"Fuck off hyung, fuck off"
"Anyways, how's life here in prison by the way?"
"Do you have to ask me that question? Obviously it sucks" I said
He sighed deeply that made me look at him confuse
"Any problems?" I ask
"Nah, it's just that, I don't have any money to bail you, I wish I can rob like you do, like, look I almost died in a culprits hands, but what did you do? You saved me you knock him back and killed him" the last two words that he said he said it in a whispering tune
"You're so corny, it's okay! All I want you to do is just keep Jennie safe, update me on what's going on with her, and don't let her die, okay?" I said then he nodded.
"I heard she's planning to bail you? And also she's not letting go of her mom's case"
"Yeah, she's not. And I'm not letting her bail me though, it's like I owe her life or anything" I said
"But that would be a great idea if you'll be out here, there's a massive possibility that you might arrest the general" he stated
"I don't know yet hyung, just give me time, and she's looking at me like I am very suspicious"
"It's just girls being curious"
"She's been asking if who did really stab her mom"
"And you said?"
"Nothing of course, I think this is not the time to let her know yet"
"Then when's the time?"
"It will come" I said looking at his eyes
Just wait Jennie, once I'm out we'll do revenge.
