|Personality| Penelope is far from innocent, in fact, she loves to cause drama even more then she loves to be the center of it. She's always desperate for attention and she does whatever she can to get it, even if this means flirting with other people's significant others, getting into fights, or pissing off whoever's around; there's nothing she won't do if she's bored. She's definitely still a friendly person and is very extraverted and bold. She can make people feel special just by talking to them. She's quite popular, whether it's good popularity or bad, everyone knows who she is. She tends to drag her friends into trouble and is always trying to justify reckless behavior or trying to make it seem not as bad as it is. Being in trouble is not a new feeling to her, but what pisses people off the most is the fact that she just doesn't care and never learns, no matter how you punish her. She's kind of one of those kids who only have more determination to make your life a living hell if you punish them. She's never done anything worthy of being put in jail, or at least, she's never been caught of doing anything worthy to be put in jail. She's very bold, and hardly has a filter for anything. This doesn't mean she can't control what she says and how she talks, it just means that most of the time, she doesn't care enough to be considerate. She has very very little self-control when it comes to temptations and impulses, and she can be more than a little bit reckless. But she's also incredibly brave; as crazy as she is, people have to at least admire her for her bravery and free spirit, she's able to cross lines and do things most people can't. As I said, she's a free spirit, and this means she's very hard to control. The only people she'll ever really listen too are the people she cares about most, mainly S.O's and her family. She listens to them because she's afraid of losing them. They're the only people she cares about aside from herself. She seems selfish and overconfident when in reality she's just desperately trying not to hate herself. She's set on the idea that this is the best way to distract her from her own problems, and once she's decided something, there is no changing her mind. She'll also hardly reflect on herself and learn from her mistakes, which is digging her a grave deeper then she's aware of. If something traumatizing happens and she realizes how wrong she was, she might revaluate herself and make some changes. She can be very easily bought because of her little to no self-control, it's very hard for her to say no to something that interests her, which is why she has often run into a lot of conflict with her fathers. Deep down she just wants to have fun, have a laugh, and make lots of friends, but her inconsideration towards others pushes people away, so she likes to pretend that she doesn't care. She's naturally a party girl at heart and is often doing things most adults would be appalled at. She's definitely a trouble maker, always giving sassy remarks and never listening. Like I mentioned above, she only really listens, to family or s.o's; she might listen to someone she likes if she has a big enough crush. Maybe in an attempt to try and impress them? She's constantly living life on the edge and actively seeks out danger. In other words, she's an adrenaline junkie with too much naiveness to be scared of pretty much anything. She's also an insanely good liar and only the people who know her best can tell when she's lying, but even they have trouble. The only person in the world who can catch Penelope lying every time is Josie.
